Electricity is the basic industry for industrial development.Electricity originated in Paris,France in 1875.The world’s first thermal power plant was born.From then on,electricity has changed people’s lives.The power industry has embarked on a path of rapid development and has become an important foundation for the development of the national economy.industry.In 1882,the British established Shanghai Electro-optical Company in Shanghai.Since then,China’s earliest power plant has been built,and China’s electric power has embarked on a long road of development.China’s hydropower business started in Yunnan,and the Kunming Shilongba Hydropower Station was completed in 1912,becoming China’s first large-scale hydropower station.With more than 130 years of development,China Power is currently at the world’s leading level.As the second largest hydropower resource province in the country,Yunnan Province has six major water systems: Nujiang,Minjiang,Jinsha,Pearl River,Honghe and Irrawaddy.The hydropower resources are up to 104 million kW,and the hydropower station available for development has an installed capacity of 9795.10,000 kW,second only to Sichuan Province,can develop installed capacity of about 25% of the domestic total,natural resources and environment has a unique energy advantage,renewable resources are enriched,location advantages are obvious,hydropower economic development capacity ranks nationwide The development prospects of the forefront and renewable clean energy resources are considerable,and the development potential of renewable renewable power resources is huge.Since the 1950 s,Yunnan hydropower builders began to survey and design,and began to build hydropower stations in the 1950 s,but the construction speed is relatively slow.After 2000,in the context of the country’s "Western Development" and "West-to-East Power Transmission" policies,in 2001,the Yunnan Provincial Government proposed to build Yunnan’s hydropower into a pillar industry in Yunnan Province.From then on,Yunnan Hydropower began to accelerate its pace of construction.Yunnan hydropower industry has achieved rapid development.From 2010 to 2015,large-scale centralized operation of hydropower in Yunnan Province,coupled with photovoltaic and wind power generation installed capacity is also explosive growth,although the installed capacity of thermal power has not increased,but still caused a serious situation of water abandonment.Every year,Yunnan Hydropower has a large amount of surplus water and electricity that cannot be consumed,resulting in serious water abandonment.This has become a bottleneck for the development of hydropower in Yunnan.This paper uses the management knowledge gained in the MBA course learning,combined with its own work experience in the hydropower industry,uses the theoretical tools acquired by the study to analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and explores the future competitive strategy of building Yunnan hydropower enterprises.Corporate sustainable development has a strong practical significance.As the largest power generation enterprise in Yunnan and the pillar enterprise of Yunnan hydropower industry,LCJ chose LCJ as the research object,which has broad demonstration significance in Yunnan hydropower enterprises and provides reference for the development of other enterprises in the industry.In order to make a thorough study on the problem of Yunnan hydropower consumption,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment and resources of Yunnan hydropower industry by using PEST analysis tools from the current national macro-policy,the development environment of domestic and foreign industries,the macro-environment of Yunnan hydropower industry development,regional policies and industry development trends.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by Yunnan hydropower industry,the advantages and disadvantages of its development,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of Yunnan Hydropower Science are made clear.This paper analyzes the water and gas consumption status of LCJ from the microscopic point of view,summarizes the experience of the remaining power consumption measures in the hydropower industry in Sichuan Province,and combines the experience of power grid development in many countries in the world to address the large amount of surplus electricity in the hydropower and flood season in Yunnan Province.Propose specific recommendations for the elimination of countermeasures.The paper puts forward suggestions for countermeasures for water and electricity consumption in Yunnan,including improving the management level of investment and financing;rational planning,simultaneous operation of hydropower projects and delivery projects;strengthening unified planning for power development;improving the competitiveness of power companies,and striving to expand domestic and foreign markets;Market consumption mechanism.
