Business financial integration is an advanced enterprise management mode and a development direction of management accounting.With the rapid development of today's economy and society,the innovation of information technology and the integration of business and finance have brought great benefits to enterprises.However,the financial department and business department of most enterprises are relatively independent,and the friction between departments is constant,which makes the overall operation and management efficiency of the company low.Therefore,the needs of enterprises focus on finding a more effective management model to support the development of enterprises.At present,many excellent enterprises are also actively exploring and studying the implementation path of business and financial integration,promoting the process of business and financial integration,breaking through departmental obstacles and improving collaborative combat capability.EH company is a large state-owned construction enterprise,established in 1959.After years of development,eh company ranks in the forefront of CCCC in terms of scale and efficiency.However,with the deepening of the practice of business financial integration,there are some situations that affect the process of business financial integration.Through the analysis of the basic situation,business process and financial work status of EH company,this paper finds the following problems in the practice of business financial integration: imperfect financial information system,slow process approval of business support system The guiding role of comprehensive budget is not obvious enough,and the construction of performance appraisal system needs to be optimized.After analysis,the reasons for the above problems are obtained:insufficient information application,traditional marketing to the financial department,lack of financial personnel,etc.The above situation restricts the development of EH company.Therefore,according to the current development strategy and actual situation of EH company,this paper analyzes the existing problems of EH company,designs the practice and optimization scheme of business and financial integration,and tries to solve the problems in the process of business and financial integration of EH company and improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise.The specific optimization schemes include improving the financial information system,trying to reshape the business process,strengthening the construction of financial sharing,strengthening comprehensive budget control,establishing a scientific performance management system,building a high-quality financial team,organizational structure reform,etc.,in order to solve the problems existing in the current business and financial integration of EH company,At the same time,it also provides some reference for the business and financial integration of peer enterprises.
