| With the attention of the country to the construction of ecological environment,the ecological landscape industry also ushered in new development opportunities.Since there are many restrictions and norms on PPP projects in the past two years,the EPC model has gradually developed rapidly in the ecological landscape industry,and more enterprises have turned their business focus to EPC projects.At present,in the ecological landscape industry,enterprises generally have the problems of disconnection between financial management and business work,low level of information,and so on.In the process of project operation,the communication between business department and finance department is hindered,the participation of financial personnel is low,it is impossible to play the role of financial management in controlling the whole process of the project,which leads to unreasonable allocation of EPC project resources,and low efficiency of project management,which is not conducive to enhancing the business value of EPC projects,nor to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises need to innovate the financial management mode of EPC projects and closely combine the financial management of EPC projects with business management.D company is an ecological landscape enterprise,EPC model is one of the core business models of D company,With the expansion of EPC project business scale and business layout of D company,the former traditional financial management model can not adjust to the development of EPC projects,so D company also began to explore the integration of business and finance of EPC projects.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper explores how to strengthen the integration of EPC project business management and financial management through the research of EPC projects in D company.Firstly,when analyzing the current situation of business and financial integration of D company’s EPC projects,it is found that although the company has broken the barriers of information communication between EPC project business department and finance department through information technology,the data interaction and information sharing between EPC project business and finance,but the business management and financial management of EPC project have not yet achieved deep integration.There are still many problems in the EPC project management of D company,which lead to the difficult integration of business and finance.There are four main points: First,the financial department and the business department organization structure barrier is clear,the division of labor is clear,causes the business work and the financial work goal and the concern point to be inconsistent;Second,the concept of financial personnel has not yet changed,the lack of professional ability,resulting in financial personnel do not have the awareness and ability to actively provide guidance and services for business work;Third EPC the project business process and financial process out of touch,resulting in financial personnel can not participate in the whole process of the EPC project,can not control the whole process of business activities;Fourth,budget management is in the state of separation of industry and finance,which can not play the role of budget in the rational allocation of EPC project resources and the dynamic supervision of EPC business.Lastly,based on the theoretical research on the method of financial integration,and combining with the current situation of business and financial integration of D company EPC projects,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the business and financial integration of D companies from three aspects: organizational change,process reengineering and overall budget management.This paper provides a new idea for the theoretical research of EPC project management through the research on the integration of business and finance of EPC projects in D company.At the same time,it can provide certain theoretical guidance for improving the current situation of business and financial disconnection in the EPC project of D company,and promoting the organic integration of business management and financial management. |
