How to relieve the heavy learning pressure is an urgent problem in the current middle school education.Faced with huge pressure and a large number of academic tasks,middle school education tends to pay too much attention to superficial academic performance,ignoring the emotional,interest and other spiritual growth of middle school students.On the other hand,many schools in order to meet the demand of enrollment expansion,campus construction projects are rapidly promoted,and affected by the capital and cost constraints,resulting in the formalism and simplification of the current campus landscape construction,the campus environment is seriously lack of suitable places for students' entertainment activities and mental stress relief,resulting in the serious decline of eyesight,poor physical quality and low psychological endurance.The research content of this paper is the campus landscape design based on the significance of spiritual rehabilitation for middle school students,which makes the campus landscape design from the original basic function to the spiritual level,and makes the campus landscape space become a place for middle school students to repose their hearts and improve their emotions,which is of great help to release the psychological pressure of modern middle school students or improve their quality of life.Through literature study,case analysis,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,design practice,and final data comparative analysis,this paper systematically studies the related problems of the rehabilitation of middle school campusThe first section is theoretical analysis.This paper analyzes the concept of rehabilitation environment theory,summarizes the core content of rehabilitation environment theory,introduces the environment with rehabilitation benefits,the main ways of rehabilitation and the evaluation of rehabilitation environment,and summarizes the relevant cases of representative rehabilitation theory.The second section is the investigation and analysis of the current situation.Through the field investigation of four middle schools,we learn from the advantages,summarize the shortcomings,and through observation,questionnaire and interview to understand the psychology of middle school students and their expectations and rehabilitation needs for the construction of campus landscape environment.The third section,theoretical guidance and specific analysis.This paper summarizes the internal relationship between the restorative campus environment and students' behavioral activities and mental health,and then expounds the differences between the restorative campus and the ordinary campus.Finally,according to the core content of the restorative environment and its impact on the physical and mental health of middle school students,this paper puts forward the "restorative" way of campus and the corresponding design principles.The fourth section,the theory guides the concrete design.According to the design principles of campus landscape based on the theory of restorative environment,this paper carries out the specific design practice of Hexi Yuzui south high school campus,and obtains the guiding method of the theory of restorative environment for campus landscape design.
