In today's society,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,and human resources,as a relatively special and important capital,is of great importance to the future development of enterprises.The first problem that enterprises need to solve is how to turn there ownhuman resources they control into their competitive advantages,and to maximize their positive effect.While production companies are paying attention to equipment production capacity,the role of people is even more important.To do a good job in emplovee management,enterprises must carry out incentive work,and at the same time focus on establishing and improving the incentive system for employees in enterprises,so as to maximize the incentive effect,so as to promote the workers in each position to realize their maximum potential and help the development of enterprises and achieve the goal of maximizing value of the enterprise.In this paper,based on the Q-Power Company's operation staff questionnaire survey,combined with the theory and practice guidance of the incentive system,deeply analyzes the current situation of employee motivation in the operation department,finds out the reasons for the lack of motivation for employees in the operation department,and carry out targeted optimization design.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the related ideas of motivation,introduces the content motivation theory,process motivation theory and behavior modification theory,puts forward the employee satisfaction theory,and expounds the relationship between employee satisfaction and motivation system.It provides the theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,the paper introduces the specific situation of the employees of the operation department and the incentive status of the operation department to the employees.Firstly the interview method is used to interview the employees.Then,the questionnaire of the current situation of the employees is designed for the incentive system of the operation department,and the results of the questionnaire are further analyzed.Thirdly,through the investigation results,it is found that the existing incentive system of the operation department has the problems of poor incentive management efficiency,overall satisfaction of environmental factors,lack of pertinence and single form of incentive system,and imperfect employee career planning system,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.Finally,the incentive system is optimized for the problems existing in the existing incentive system of the operation department,and the targeted and feasible improvement countermeasures are proposed.The incentives safeguards for the system optimization program of the operation department are proposed from there aspects: Organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,and the other guarantees.
