At present,the traditional parking-by-weight charging method is widely used to control vehicle overload in China.These traditional weighing methods have the following shortcomings: the construction of large-scale weighing and testing stations requires a lot of manpower and material resources;It is easy to cause traffic congestion and make the detection efficiency low;Vehicles are prone to detour in order to avoid detection.Based on the actual demand of vehicle dynamic weighing,this paper designs and develops a set of vehicle dynamic weighing management system,in order to control vehicle overload from the source and improve vehicle weighing efficiency.This system can dynamically weigh vehicles without affecting their normal traffic.It includes two core weighing areas: high-speed pre-inspection area and low-speed precision inspection area,which can monitor the weighing vehicles in real time.The algorithm in AW1000 dynamic weighing instrument can deeply process the weighing signals to improve the weighing accuracy of the system.The upper computer software is developed by C#language and matched with SQL Server database,which realizes the visual management of vehicle weighing data,facilitates the query and tracing of weighing data,and improves the weighing efficiency and management level of the system.The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows:In this paper,the author deeply studied the background and significance of the subject,and combined with the current research status at home and abroad and the relevant specifications of dynamic weighing,made an overall design of the vehicle dynamic weighing system,including system hardware architecture design,software architecture design and weighing process design.Through demand analysis,function division and system layout,a set of feasible dynamic weighing scheme is formed.According to the control principle and system requirements,the hardware system is built and the hardware selection and configuration are completed.Hardware system of high-speed pre-inspection area mainly includes high-speed dynamic axle load scale,weighing instrument,license plate recognition instrument,etc.Hardware system of low-speed precision inspection area mainly includes NX controller,voice controller,traffic signal lamp,etc.By selecting and configuring the hardware equipment in the two core weighing areas,the whole hardware system can meet the overall control requirements.By using Visual Studio development platform and SQL Server database,the author designed and developed the weighing management software of upper computer,which has the functions of system management,system setting,data maintenance,data query and statistics,etc.This software enables the host computer to communicate with NX controller,weighing instrument,license plate recognition instrument and other hardware.The PLC program is written by Sysmac Studio software,including the control program of precision inspection and weighing,the control program of voice broadcast and signal lamp,and the fault alarm program,which realizes the precision inspection and weighing of overloaded vehicles.According to TCP/IP protocol,the data remote transmission program is developed,which realizes the remote transmission of weighing data to the data server of the monitoring center through Ethernet communication,so as to process the weighing data in real time.The application of management software further improves the reliability and intelligence level of the system.The vehicle dynamic weighing system has been applied to a traffic law enforcement station in Qingdao,which realizes the dynamic weighing and information management of vehicles.The system runs smoothly,has strong practicability and high popularization value.
