Design And Application Of Vehicle Automatic Weighing Management System

In many enterprises,the weighing of vehicles is an important link in the entire production process of the enterprise,which directly relates to various aspects of the enterprise's production,management,and efficiency.However,there are still many enterprises that do not adopt the method of automatic weighing in the vehicle weighing process,and lack an effective vehicle weighing management system.This makes the enterprise have to invest human and material resources in the vehicle weighing process,which increases the production cost and management cost for the enterprise.There are also problems of manually recording the weighing data,which is error-prone and inconvenient to query statistics.Based on the actual needs of a Qingdao-based renewable energy company,a set of vehicle automation weighing management system to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency and management level of the enterprise is designed.This topic mainly completes the following work:(1)The industry background and the actual problems existing in the enterprise have been analyzed,a set of practical solutions has been designed.The solution includes the design of the system hardware architecture,software architecture,business processes for vehicle automation and weighing,and the division of system functions.(2)Based on the needs of the enterprise,the system hardware selection and configuration have been completed.These hardwares include PLC,weighing instruments,RFID card readers,voice controllers,monitoring equipment,etc.The selection and setting of these devices make them meet the requirements of the system.(3)A set of vehicle automation weighing management software have been developed.Through the Visual Studio development platform,the software uses C# as the development language,combined with the SQL server database,to achieve system user login,user management,system settings,data query statistics and other functions.The software also realizes the communication between the host computer and PLC,weighing instrument,RFID card reader and other hardware.The host computer communicates with the PLC to control the action of the PLC on the lever,signal light,voice controller,etc.to complete the vehicle automatic weighing process.(4)On the database server,a program for remotely transmitting data to DCS is developed using Modbus?RTU protocol.The weighing data in the database can be remotely transmitted to the DCS via RS485 communication to monitor the weighing data in real time.After installation and commissioning,the vehicle automation weighing management system has been applied smoothly to a renewable energy company in Qingdao for more than one year.Its reliability and effectiveness have been verified during the system operation.
