Permanent magnet motors are known for their advantages of high efficiency,high power factor,and high torque density.However,with the shortage of resources,especially our country's restrictions on the large-scale mining of rare earths,the price of permanent magnet materials has been rising and greatly increased.The cost of permanent magnet motors.The development of motors tends to research on rare-earth-free permanent magnet motors.The rotor of synchronous reluctance motors is made of silicon steel sheets,which has a low cost,and there is no winding loss on the rotor,so the efficiency is relatively high,which is in line with the development needs of current motors..This paper studies a dualrotor hybrid motor.Its structure includes an internal reluctance rotor,a middle stator and an external permanent magnet rotor.This dual-rotor structure can strengthen the development of its internal space on the basis of a determined motor.Use to further increase the output torque of the motor.This article first analyzes the basic operating mechanism of the dual-rotor hybrid motor,and analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of this motor compared to the ordinary single-rotor motor and dual-rotor permanent magnet motor.Secondly,the design principles of the main structural parameters of the motor are analyzed.Among them,the permanent magnets in the dual-rotor hybrid motor use highperformance neodymium iron boron,and then use the finite element analysis software to model and analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor.The series of characteristic curves and cloud diagrams verify the rationality of the motor design.Finally,the Taguchi method is used to optimize the torque ripple of the external motor unit.Four optimization goals and seven optimization factors were selected,and all the tests in the orthogonal table were realized one by one.A set of optimal parameter combinations was obtained through the analysis of the test results.The verification proved that Taguchi method is effective in double-rotor hybrid motors.The effectiveness of the optimized design.After that,using maxwell and ansys workbench to analyze the temperature field of the dualrotor hybrid motor by magnetic-thermal coupling,obtain the temperature rise distribution of each part of the motor,and compare the temperature distribution under the series and parallel magnetic circuits of the stator yoke.It is a dual-rotor The temperature estimation and heat dissipation design of the hybrid motor provide a reference basis.
