| At present,energy conservation and emission reduction has become a focus topic.With the rapid development of electric vehicles,electric vehicles need more refined and innovative development to meet the contemporary needs,which requires us to subvert the understanding of the traditional motor,re study and improve the structural design,so that the disc motor has higher power and torque density,but at the same time,there will be loss problems,such as: the overall motor overheating,motor temperature rise In this way,not only the insulation of the motor winding has been damaged,but also the life of the motor has been greatly shortened,causing irreversible harm to the permanent magnet,and ultimately affecting the safe driving performance of the vehicle.Disc motor is different from the traditional cylindrical motor in radial flux structure,and it is axial flux motor.As a modern high performance servo motor and power moment direct drive motor,disc motor is becoming one of the hot spots in the field of motor because of its small volume,high power density,high efficiency,small rotor inertia,high peak torque and locked rotor torque,and large torque weight ratio.Firstly,the structure characteristics,operation principle and characteristics of the disc motor are described in detail.First,the overall structure of the motor is a single stator single rotor disc motor,which is based on the shared magnetic pole,ring folded winding and high voltage DC wheel motor.This kind of motor adopts permanent magnet excitation,and its structure is to connect the iron core of the permanent magnet with the axle of the vehicle.Second,the wheels of the vehicle adopt the form of double wheel docking,and the two wheelsets use the same permanent magnet core together.Third,the biggest characteristic of this kind of motor is high torque and low speed.Secondly,the paper also describes the principle of finite element analysis,in order to simplify the calculation.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional static magnetic fields of the motor are analyzed,and then the torque curve and voltage current waveform can be obtained by the transient magnetic field simulation,so as to verify the reliability of high torque and low speed.At the same time,the theoretical analysis of temperature field is simply described.Finally,the Taguchi method is used to optimize the design of the disc motor,and the orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the parameters.Finally,the optimized simulation results are obtained,which proves the rationality of the parameter design. |
