In this era of rapid development,the daily life of human beings are constantly improve the quality,but to the human health problems is the focus of social attention,in an era of various kinds of sports fitness way gradually rise,on foot is the most suitable for the masses,the minimum,most commonly occurs in a health way of life.nowadays,the scene of human life is getting closer to urbanization,among which the park is one of the places where people living in the city can get close to the nature quickly,and the bridge and medium to establish close contact between people and nature is the footpath.Hiking on a trail on flat terrain can still get good health and fitness effects through the accumulation of distance and time,while hiking on a mountain park trail with slope increase and linear change can accelerate the realization of health and fitness functions.Based on fitness function as mountain trails research starting point,the concise hiking fitness function and sports theory and discusses the factors such as walking in the form of fitness advantage and value,and taking guiyang city is a typical mountain park figure cloud forest park as the research object,by questionnaire and walking test main methods,such as psychological + physiology The research of double index system is used to guide the construction of mountain trail,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The standard population can be divided according to the basic characteristics and needs.The trail construction is mainly aimed at the standard population,and the special population is extended according to their special needs.(2)There are many kinds of combination forms of mountain trail,including ring type,radial type,through type and free mixed type.Each combination form of trail has its unique characteristics and application mode in the natural mountain terrain.Combined with the terrain complexity index,it can create a more abundant healthy trail system.(3)In the process of hiking,time can define the length.In order to achieve the basic fitness effect,the park should have at least 4km continuous footpath for about 50 min for hiking.For small and medium-sized parks or mountain parks with large slopes,the length of footpath should be reduced appropriately.(4)According to the gradient,the trail can be divided into low gradient trail system,medium gradient trail system and high gradient trail system.Different people can choose the best hiking route according to their own quality.(5)In addition to the fitness function brought by the parameters of the trail itself,relevant facilities can be added to create a comfortable fitness environment,and the subtle fitness effect can be achieved through induction,experience and humanization.Sixth chapter in this paper,after the overall study results are in-depth,puts forward the general design principle,design framework and design strategies,recreational sports environment trails and figure according to guiyang cloud shut the deficiency of forest park,puts forward the reference on the optimization strategy and local optimization to promote,make whole study more closely.
