More and more research shows that green space has many potentials that affect health.As the level of urbanization continues to increase,the pressure on the lives of urban residents continues to increase,and the demand for healthy lifestyles is also increasing.Today,with the increasingly prominent environmental problems,the impact of green plant landscape on human health has become more and more important to the residents of the city.Many empirical studies support the positive effects of natural contact on human emotions,physiological balance,cognition,behavior,and physical health.Positive contact with nature has positive physical and mental health benefits.Humans need to be in contact with the green environment.Bathing can help reduce stress.Therefore,nature is indispensable in contemporary cities,and the impact of nature on cities is extensive and far-reaching.People living in cities do not have sufficient conditions to have long-term intimate contact with vast nature.Given that plants are a typical representative of nature,especially in cities where contemporary reinforced concrete is important,then nature is the best embodiment in the city.The way is the landscape of the plant community in the city park.In this study,the influence of plant communities on human physiological indicators was quantified as the two values of heart rate and blood pressure.Through literature collection and induction,field questionnaires,surveys and data analysis and processing,six scenic spots in Hefei Huancheng Park were selected.Six typical plant community plots were used to investigate the heart rate and blood pressure values of 278 random visitors using the EHP heart rate blood pressure meter.The values of the heart rate and blood pressure of the respondents after viewing the typical plant community landscape were compared and analyzed.On this basis,the degree of influence of different plant community landscapes on physiological indexes of different populations was further studied.The main results are as follows:(1)Observing the landscape of plant communities has significant physiological and psychological relaxation effects on the human body.Compared with the urban environment,after watching the forest environment landscape for 1 minute,the heart rate index can be decreased by 2-17 BPM,and the blood pressure index can be decreased by 15 mmHg.(2)In the case of the ratio of male and female samples of each sample is 1:1.06,the degree of plant community affecting human physiological indicators is under the heart rate and low pressure indicators:25-50 years old<25 years old<50 years old or older,under the high pressure index:50 years old or older<25 years old or older<25-50 years old.(3)Gender differences exist in different age groups.In the age group under 25 years old,the gender difference of plant community on human physiological indicators is small;in the 25-30 age group,the average difference between male heart rate and blood pressure index is higher than that of female,indicating that the plant community The degree of influence of human physiological indicators is:male>female;in the age group of 50 years old,the difference between the average heart rate of males and the mean value of high pressure are lower than the values of 0.65BPM and 1.4mmHg for women,respectively,due to 0.27mmHg.The value of the experiment has little effect on the experimental judgment,so it is considered that the degree of influence of the plant community on the physiological indexes of this age group is more obvious in women.(4)Observing the landscape of plant communities has significant physiological and psychological relaxation effects on middle-aged and elderly hypertensive people.Compared with viewing the urban landscape,after watching the plant community landscape for 1 min,the heart rate decreased by 9-10 BPM.(5)Comparing the six different plant community samples,under the heart rate index,the difference between the three samples was the largest,which was 6.89 BPM,indicating that the three plant communities had the greatest influence on the heart rate index;under the low pressure index,the sample within the three sides The difference is the largest,which is 4.47mmHg,which indicates that the three plant communities have the greatest influence on the low pressure index.Under the high pressure index,the difference between the three samples is the largest,which is 7.23mmHg,indicating that the three plant communities have high blood pressure indicators.The impact is greatest.
