The stable and continuous production of manufacturing enterprises requires the normal operation of production equipment as a prerequisite guarantee.Only by continuously strengthening the maintenance of production equipment and ensuring that it is in an effective working state can normal production be ensured.Research on maintenance of production equipment has emerged for a long time and is still continuously developing to this day.Due to the gradual shift towards complexity,refinement,and large-scale production equipment,the difficulty and importance of maintaining production equipment have greatly increased.Regardless of the cause,varying degrees of damage to production equipment will result in production losses.In order to ensure the stability and sustainability of the production process,the maintenance and management of production equipment is now not only an auxiliary investment in the operation process of the enterprise,but also a very important part that affects the economic benefits of the enterprise.With the advancement of detection and maintenance technology,the maintenance ability of large and complex equipment is also increasing.Incomplete maintenance also shows feasibility,and preventive incomplete maintenance may have better cost-effectiveness compared to the maintenance method of directly replacing parts in case of failure.This article analyzes the maintenance status of A company’s large-scale wind turbine based on its actual situation.Optimization research is conducted on the maintenance strategy of the four component system with series parallel structure relationship in the wind turbine equipment of Company A,and corresponding improvement plans are proposed for the main problems in maintenance.This article is based on delay time theory and state based maintenance research,describing the process of component degradation,and designing a multi-stage maintenance strategy that includes preventive incomplete maintenance while considering the structural relationship of components.The ultimate goal is to minimize the average expected maintenance cost of equipment per unit operating time by optimizing inspection intervals,component maintenance thresholds,and the effectiveness of repairs.By conducting simulation experiments on the designed maintenance model,specific optimization strategies are obtained.Finally,through the practical application of the equipment maintenance optimization plan,based on the actual mainteriance data statistics of Company A’s X wind farm and the comparison of the original maintenance plan maintenance data,the implementation effect of the optimization plan was obtained.The optimization research on equipment maintenance strategy of Company A can effectively reduce current equipment maintenance costs and help Company A further improve equipment maintenance management comprehensively in the future.It also has certain reference value for similar equipment of other companies. |
