Research On Policy Agenda Setting For The Reform Of Energy Industry Operation In Guizhou Province

As a big energy province in southern China,Guizhou plays a very important role in regional economy.Energy accounts for a large proportion in the province and plays a fundamental and strategic role.The energy industry of the province,especially the coal power industry,is still faced with some prominent problems,such as the extensive coal production mode,the unreasonable supply structure,the low level of comprehensive utilization of resources,the weak foundation of coal mine safety production,and the imperfect and incomplete supporting policies.Origin theory framework is applied in this article,combining with the situation in guizhou,the energy industry in guizhou operation reform policy agenda setting were analyzed,and the analysis question origin,policy origin and political origin of the coupling effect,under the impetus of the policy entrepreneurs how to implement a third-rate convergence and the window of the open policy,has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research.On the basis of combing the current research situation at home and abroad,it introduces the relevant core concepts and related theories in the research process of the paper.By introducing a policy agenda setting and the theoretical origin of the energy industry in guizhou province are introduced reform policy agenda setting process operation,integrated use of literature analysis,case analysis and analyze the energy industry in guizhou operation problems of reform policy agenda setting,on the basis of the combination of the current economic and social development trend,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions with pertinence and operability.The conclusions of this study can provide useful references for other areas of the country to apply the policy agenda setting of energy industry operation reform.
