"Bayu Nostalgia" B&B Design On The No. 7 Plot

In recent years,with the vigorous development of the national economy,people's living standards have been improved.Tourism has become the main choice for modern people to relax after work.Rural tourism has been developed with its unique advantages of natural resources.Driven by rural tourism,the B & B industry has also developed in recent years.It is based on the local local culture and natural resources to provide people living in the city with different rural life experience.At the same time,under the promotion of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,some favorable policies are issued to encourage the development of rural B & B,which makes the B & B industry develop rapidly.It is precisely because of the rapid development of B & B industry that the development problems also appear.As far as the design of B & B is concerned,the same design will lead to the phenomenon of "one side for a thousand lodging";or the design is too commercialized and the use of rural elements is too concrete,which will reduce the quality of the development of B & B industry.Therefore,this paper aims to seek the strategies and methods of B & B design under the background of local culture,enrich the theory of B & B design under the background of local culture,so as to guide the design practice of B & B project and create itsIn this paper,the "Bayu homesickness" rural tourism project under the No.7 plot B &B design as a design practice.In the early stage,through literature review,case analysis and other theoretical research methods,this paper analyzes the relevant theories of local culture and B & B as well as the relationship between them,and summarizes the principles and methods of B & B design based on local culture in theory.Combined with design cases and field research on the project and surrounding environment,it finally forms the design concept and style of B & B in plot 7 The practical methods of positioning,functional area division and expression of local elements are used in the final scheme presentation of No.7 plot B & B project.With the constant demand of the B & B industry for its own characteristics and differentiation,local culture should be integrated into the B & B design to inject cultural core into it.Taking the local cultural resources as the breakthrough point,through the design elements,materials,colors,soft furnishings and other aspects,the culture is retained,rooted,inherited and conveyed in the space,so as to meet the needs of the differentiation of the development of B & B and highlight its own characteristics.
