Research On Technology Innovation Strategy Of YF Company

YF is an high-tech enterprise which focus on researching,manufacturing and selling of all kinds of electric equipment parts,general motor,special motor,alternator,circuit control system,cable assembly and automobile & motorcycle parts.After years of rapid development of the motor industry,the market competition becomes more and more drastic.Under the background of motor industry digital transformation,as a large and medium-sized private motor enterprise,YF must enhence the enterprise competitiveness with beneficial development according to the technology innovation planning.Therefore,it's necessary to study the enterprise's technology innovation strategy and make implement plans combined with the enterprise internal & external environment and the core competence.Here it develop the technology innovation strategy and implementation plan for YF,using the correlation analysis through combing and studying the relevant theory analysis methods of technological innovation strategy in this thesis.First,it analyze YF's present situtation of technology innovation and external environment and identify the opportunities and threads by using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model through the analysis of current technology innovation research at home and abroad.Meanwhile,we analyze the advantages and distadvantages between YF and competitors from the aspects of the product price,product quality,customer service,supply chain,R&D,market share,customer satisfaction,etc.Second,it make the quantitative evaluation on enterprise internal and external environmental factors by adopting IFE,EFE and CPM integrated with the existing technology innovation problems of internal and external environment.After the contrastiveanalysis of the internal and external factors assessment andalternatives,it use the quantitative strategic planning matrix by quantitative analysis match and select the technology innovation strategy which is suitable for YF's future development under the digitizationl background.Finally,it formulate the technology innovation strategy implementation and supporting measures for YF,including establishing enterprise technology cooperation alliance,strengthening the application and transformation of technological achievements,promoting the enterprise digital transformation and smart technology development,implementing talents strategy combined with talents introduction and independent development fostering ability,increasing technology innovation investment,reinforcing the combination of cooperation between enterprises,universities & researches,improving comprehensive innovation incentive system and so on technology innovation strategy supporting measures,ensuring that the technology innovation strategy implemented smoothly.
