Landscape Design Of Public Space In Haiyan Village Under The Catalyst Effect

With the continuous improvement of the economic level of cities around Dianchi Lake,the renewal and development of Haiyan Village,which is adjacent to Dianchi Lake,has also entered a new stage.However,the existing public spaces in the village currently have many disadvantages,such as road congestion and parking.Problems such as inconvenience,improper protection of historical cultural relics,aging and abandoned buildings,and insufficient greening need to be resolved urgently.This design will start from the perspective of the catalyst effect,take the current public space of Haiyan Village as the design point,and transform it on the landscape,in order to form a positive public catalyst element,so as to promote the reasonable renewal of the surrounding environment and buildings.,Which can far promote the quality of the entire Haiyan Village itself,and ultimately promote the formation of a subtle and benign development model in the village.In order to solve the problem of the existing public space in Haiyan Village,this paper proposes a set of solutions based on the catalytic effect.The thesis first elaborated the detailed theoretical introduction of the origin,principle and characteristics of the catalytic effect,and proposed feasible solutions under the guidance of the catalytic effect for the existing problems in Haiyan Village.Under the theoretical guidance of the catalyst effect,a sub-item statistical scoring framework has been established.Specifically,there are four first-level sub-items: historical value of ancient buildings,population vitality distribution,current use of public space,and current location;through the catalyst sub-item of all public spaces Score statistics to determine the catalyst points that need to be designed;after analyzing the existing public space in Haiyan Village,on this basis,use the catalyst effect to study the feasibility of rural renewal,so as to formulate uniquely different public spaces.The landscape design focuses on;after the structure is completed,the detailed plan design of each catalyst point is carried out through the landscape design method;finally,the targeted followup development suggestions for the catalyst plan of Haiyan Village are put forward.This thesis uses the catalyst effect to summarize a set of guiding strategies for the development of Haiyan Village,"the current situation of the catalyst capture---the selection of catalyst points---the remodeling of the catalyst points---the follow-up catalyst development strategy",through the guidance strategy endows The new positioning and appearance of all passive public spaces in Haiyan Village have transformed them into new and dynamic catalyst elements;and on the macro level,these catalyst elements can resonate and transfer energy to each other to the greatest extent.This promotes the improvement of the overall quality of Haiyan Village,and finally makes Haiyan Village an independent and healthy development trend.
