In modern warfare,low-cost precision-guided artillery shells have been favored by various countries,and aerodynamically modified PGK(precise guidance component)has been widely used in guided missiles because of its good correction ability and low price..But because its good control is limited by the speed of the projectile,when the speed of the projectile is not within the control range of the PGK servo,it loses the corresponding guidance ability.In order to solve this problem,a new type of cloud desktop PGK is designed in this paper.It has enhanced its range of adaptation to the speed of the missile body,and has good control of dynamic and static performance.It has a very broad application prospect in low-cost precision guided missiles.In this paper,the overall system of the cloud terrace control assembly is taken as the research object,and the working principle and structural design of the cloud terrace and antisteering gear are analyzed in detail.Based on this,a dual-motor coordinated control system is designed.The cloud terrace and servo drives use electronically commutated brushless DC motors to establish two-loop and three-loop control strategies,using traditional PID as their controller,and designing a main control system architecture with DSP + FPGA as the core.The stable control of the speed of the cloud terrace and the precise control of the speed and phase of the anti-rotor steering gear ultimately achieve the purpose of correcting the projectile's flying warhead with the cloud terrace guidance component,and accurately fall to the target point.In this paper,the principle of the actuator is analyzed,and its mathematical model is established,and its simulation model is built based on MATLAB2014 a / SIMULINK module,which verifies the reliability of the overall control scheme.On the hardware platform design,the main control system circuit,dual motor drive circuit and power supply circuit are designed,and the corresponding software programs are written.Finally,the whole system is tested by hardware-in-the-loop simulation.The simulation results show that this control solution The corresponding functions of the steering gear can be realized without error,and it has good dynamic and static performance,which meets the performance requirements of the control system of the cloud terrace guidance component in this paper.
