| Ammunition is endued with higher requirement on intelligence and dexterity in the modern warfare. The trajectory correction projectile is a kind of guided ammunition widely used all over the world. Depending on the excellent control characteristics and correction ability, the electric actuator used as the key device of the projectile correction, has been studied and applied widely. This paper carried on the study based on the electric actuator of the120mm trajectory correction mortar and presents new structure and control method.According to the structure and flying characteristics of the mortar shells, combined with the newly developed electromechanical integration technology, the paper proposed new structure of the actuator and put forward the system using BLDC as the power device and ARM microcontroller as the core of the control system.Firstly, two new mechanistic models of the electric steering are proposed and dynamic and load analysis carried on in the following and find suitable parameters of the BLDC. Then the control of Brushless DC motor is researched, including the design of the double closed loop control system of the current and the speed of revolution, the design of PI controller, the design of the hardware circuit including the driving circuits, the speed measurement circuits, the current sampling circuits, the design of the software system including driving and commutation procedures, the improved M/T speed measurement procedures and PI interrupt procedures. |
