| The wheelset of urban rail transit is an important part to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the train.The wheelset wear will continue to occur during the wheelset operation,and if the wear continues to increase,it will affect the normal operation.Therefore,grasping the wear of the wheelset and timely repairing the wheelset to prevent its failure are important to the stability and safety of train operation.In addition,unreasonable repair methods will cause the wheelset to be scrapped in advance and increase the cost of wheelset use.This paper starts from two aspects of the wheelset wear model and repair optimization strategy.Combine the wheel-rail contact relationship analysis to analyze the main wheel / rail parameters that affect the contact,and consider the effects of random factors and non-linear effects to establish the dynamic model of urban rail train locomotive and track.The relationship simulation was performed,and the dynamic simulation model of wheel-rail contact relationship was established to simulate the actual wheel-rail contact relationship.The wheel-rail contact variables are output to realize the analysis of the wheel-rail contact spots,including the definition of the stick-slip zone and the calculation of the sliding vector in the contact spots.For the sliding area,a modified Archard abrasion model was used to analyze and calculate the vertical wear distribution in the contact spot.The contact variable analysis-wear calculation-profile update is used as the main structure,and the wheelset wear simulation process of multiple cycles is used to realize the wear process of the simulated wheelset.On the basis of obtaining the simulation model of wheelset wear dynamics,the wheelset running mileage and profile coordinate points are used as independent variables,and the wheelset profile vertical wear amount is used as the dependent variable to establish a mathematical model of wheelset wear.,and verify the accuracy of the two models respectively.Based on the mathematical model of the wheelset wear,the wear development trend of the flange thickness parameters and wheel diameter parameters in a single repair cycle is given.Aiming at the wear development law,a left-right wheel reversal strategy and a threshold optimization strategy are proposed.A combination of the characteristics of the two strategies is proposed.The repair optimization strategy is compared with the current repair methods,and the optimization effect of the proposed repair strategy is verified. |
