With the change of climate,the impact of natural disasters on the key infrastructure of power system is more and more great.The damage of power facilities often causes huge social property loss.After the occurrence of natural disasters,taking reasonable emergency repair measures can significantly reduce the negative impact of natural disasters.From the perspective of emergency management,this paper first studies the types of common natural disasters that harm the distribution network and their impacts,analyzes the difficulties of the emergency repair operation of the distribution network,studies the main factors that affect the emergency repair of the power network through the form of questionnaire survey,and launches the specific research content under the guidance of this.Firstly,the priority of the importance degree of distribution network equipment is studied.Before the disaster,the probability model of power grid equipment damage and the influence degree model of power grid equipment damage are used to evaluate each power grid equipment,and the priority degree of the importance degree of distribution network equipment is obtained,which plays a guiding role in the formulation of the actual emergency repair plan.After that,aiming at the practical problem that each damage point in the post disaster power grid needs a variety of emergency repair materials,the paper studies the mobilization of materials in the post disaster power distribution network.Considering the different types,quantities and urgent needs of materials in each damage point under the condition of limited resources,the paper tries to give an optimization scheme through certain rules and carries out a simulation example to verify the feasibility.At last,the paper studies the problem of the repair path of the repair team which is often encountered in the actual repair.In this problem,the existing research rarely considers the problem of material supply and the resupply of the repair personnel.This paper takes the resupply of the maintenance materials into account and studies the multiple repair resupply repair problem of the repair personnel and the materials under the uncertainty.In order to get the optimal scheduling path model under uncertainty,in order to ensure the timely recovery of power loss load.Finally,a case study is carried out and compared with the previous studies to verify the effectiveness of the conclusions.Through studying the problems in this area,this study hopes to provide a reference model and relevant suggestions for grid multi fault emergency repair,in order to cope with the increasingly frequent natural disasters brought by climate change,and to make emergency preparation for the damage of natural disasters to the grid to reduce losses and ensure the security of the national grid.
