With the changes in the modern war situation and the development of the international situation,special operations and special missions have also become important means of safeguarding national security and safeguarding national interests.When performing special missions,a special weapon that can be concealed and carried is needed.This paper analyzes the development status of injection weapon systems at home and abroad,and combines the actual task requirements to design a concealed injection weapon system and researches its related characteristics.According to the requirements,a weapon system is designed which consists of a replaceable medicine tube-injected projectile with a tail fin and a launcher disguised as a power bank.In order to ensure that the designed projectile has good flight stability,the aerodynamic characteristics of the projectile are simulated by FLUENT,and the aerodynamic parameters of the projectile at different Mach numbers and different angles of attack are obtained.The calculation results show that the designed injection projectile has good static stability,and the influence of the shape of the projectile,such as hood shape,tail,and needle length,on its aerodynamic characteristics is studied.The internal ballistic equation of the compressed gas-fired injection projectile was established,the launch frictional resistance parameters were measured,and the curve of the internal ballistic process was calculated.Then the external ballistic characteristics were calculated by combining the aerodynamic parameters of the injection projectile.The LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the penetrating process of projectile into gelatin,and the process of firing was calculated.The injection process of the projectile was analyzed through test measurement,ANSYS finite element simulation,theoretical calculation and other methods and the strength of key injection tube was checked,where by the specifications satisfaction of the designed injection projectile was valiated.The experimental verification method verified the flight stability and penetrability of the projectile.The concealed injection weapon system designed in this paper has a certain practical value.The research methods and related conclusions in this paper provide a reference and theoretical basis for the further research of concealed special weapons,and have a strong reference value.
