The missile-borne storage test is an important means to obtain information on the working status and operating conditions of the projectile during launch,flight or impact on hard objects.The missile-borne recorder is an important tool to obtain the dynamic parameters of the artillery during launch.According to the characteristics of the test under the high overload environment and the requirements of measuring the two-way signal of projectile pressure and projectile acceleration,the key technology research of missile-borne high-speed recorder was carried out.First,the high-speed data acquisition and storage technology under high overload conditions is researched,and the storage requirements and characteristics of the missile-borne recorder are explained.Based on the MCU + Nand Flash architecture,high-speed storage is achieved by using on-chip cross-parallel programming.The design requirements of the missile-borne high-speed recorder are analyzed,the key technical issues are summarized,and the software and hardware design of the missile-borne recorder are selected.Circuit.The main control circuit is designed based on STM32,the analog-to-digital conversion circuit is designed based on the small package ADC chip ADS8634,the slaver software of the system is written based on C language,and the host software of the system is designed based on Lab View.Secondly,based on the reliability theory based on failure physics,the reliability simulation process and methods of failure physics are summarized,and the reliability design software Ansys Sherlock based on failure physics is used to design the reliability of the designed circuit board.Finite element modeling is performed on the designed circuit board,and appropriate constraints and loads are applied to predict the reliability of the circuit board.Through the result report,the complete life curve and circuit design of the circuit board can be quickly obtained.Finally,the reliability design of the weak link is performed to improve the reliability of the system.Finally,this article designs the reinforced protective casing of the missile-borne recorder and studies its experimental technology.Based on the Abaqus platform,a finite element model was established and the system dynamic response of the missile-borne recorder under the artillery launching environment was studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the overload generated in the bore or when hitting a hard object will not damage the internal test circuit.At the same time,the paper also carried out the storage speed test of the digital storage module;the calibration of the pressure test module;and the impact test of the missile-born recorder,the results show that the test system can meet the design needs.
