With the improvement of the level of science and technology, the traditional fire-coverage strike mode on the battlefield has been gradually replaced by precision strikes, and missiles have therefore become the focus of weapon research in various countries.Throughout the life of the missile, from research and development to installation and later upgrade and maintenance,a lot of testing work is required to record the working state and various parameters of the missile body for later analysis and improvement. The missile-borne data acquisition and storage system,as the core equipment in missile testing,is responsible for collecting, encoding and storing the working parameters of the missile body including multiple analog signals and digital signals. The data in the recorder is analyzed to check whether the missile's indicators meet the design requirements in the current state of the missile's flight, and it also provides a reference basis for finding possible failures.First of all, this article analyzes the development process of solid-state storage media, combined with the domestic and foreign research status of data recorders, and according to the index requirements of a certain missile test, the overall scheme design of the system.Following the principle of modularity, the system is divided into a signal acquisition module and a data storage module. In view of the problem that most of the traditional missile-borne data recorder needs to be customized according to the type of sensor mounted, and the data recorder needs to be designed again once changing the type of sensor,In this paper,FPGA + AD7616 is used as the core device, and the photoelectric solid-state relay is used as the gating switch to design a multi-channel,configurable signal acquisition module,16 analog channels cover the conditioning of the three major sensor signals of voltage signal, charge signal and ICP sensor signal. Each channel is compatible with the collection of two types of signals and can be configured according to specific needs.;The data storage module uses eMMC as the core device, which is responsible for the mixed framing and high-speed storage of the converted analog signal data and high-speed digital signal data.By designing the eMMC low-level driver program,high-speed data storage is realized, and eMMC is used to replace the traditional NAND Flash as a storage chip, avoids complicated Flash management operations, improves storage speed, and facilitates future upgrades;By using write addresses for dynamic partition storage design, can be repeatedly powered on to store, and the problem that the traditional partition anti-overwrite scheme easily causes storage space waste is solved.
