Close-range interceptor missiles are the last line of defense of armored vehicle protection systems.Improving their interception success rate is one of the most important research directions of protection systems.The short-range interception mechanism has high accuracy requirements for the explosive point of the interceptor fuze.In this paper,the following researches are done on the timing accuracy,positioning method,and timing correction of the short-range interceptor fuze:Determine the main influencing factors of the blasting point accuracy of the short-range interceptor fuze.An analytical model of the blasting point accuracy of the fuze is established by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the degree of influence of each influencing factor on the blasting point accuracy is calculated.Combined with the actual specific motion environment of the projectile,select an appropriate motion coordinate system,establish a projectile mass center motion model,analyze the projectile force situation,and use MATLAB to calculate the motion model to find out the projectile velocity and displacement under different conditions.The relationship between the quantities provides the theoretical basis and calculation model for the selection of the fixed distance method and the timing correction.Study the positioning method and positioning accuracy of the short-range interceptor fuze,analyze the impact of different positioning methods on the positioning accuracy,calculate the deviations of the different positioning methods,and calculate the deviation of the initial velocity.A double time base frequency checking circuit is designed to improve the stability of the input clock signal and further ensure the accuracy of the fuze's distance.Design the software and hardware of the short-range interceptor fuze fixed-range accuracy control system,make a prototype,and verify the correctness of the designed short-range interceptor fuze fixed-range accuracy control system through related principle prototype tests.The research methods and calculation models involved in the study of the fuze bombing point of the short-range interceptor in this paper provide a certain reference value for the control of the accuracy of the fuze bombing point of the relevant fuse in the future.
