In order to improve the accuracy of fixed distance air explosion of projectile,Theoretical calculation,simulation and experimental study are carried out on the analysis and selection of fixed distance air explosion system,the design of circuit and the analysis and selection of power supply in the design of the fixed-distance air-blast fuze for a tank gun.There are two kinds of fixed distance air explosion system:turns counting and time counting.By comparing and analyzing the two technologies of turns counting and time counting,a more suitable system is selected.In terms of comparative analysis,an indepth studies are conducted from four aspects:trajectory factors,timing error,turn's counting error and setting error:Aiming at trajectory factors and setting factors,on the basis of equation of motion for particle and srieskind formula,The ode45 function in MATLAB software was used to solve the differential equations,and the effects of the initial velocity,the coefficient of projectile,diameter,mass and setting error of the projectile on the precision of the blasting point of the two systems were obtained.The results show that the change of the initial velocity has a great influence on the precision of the blasting point of the timing system,and the coefficient of projectile,the mass of the projectile,the diameter of the projectile and the setting error have little influence on the precision of the blasting point of the two systems.The starting point and circuit of timing counting or turns counting are analyzed and studied Aiming at turns counting error and time counting error.Although at the starting point,the accuracy of the turns counting system is more affected by one factor than that of the timing system,that is,it is susceptible to muzzle combustion interference.However,the effect is negligible after calculation and analysis.In terms of circuit,frequency accuracy error is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the frequency accuracy error has a great influence precision of the blasting point of the timing system and has little influence on the turns counting system.The results of comparative analysis show that the turns counting system is less affected by the initial velocity,and the circuit is almost unaffected by the frequency accuracy,so it has more advantages in the accuracy of explosion point.Finally,the the turns counting system was selected.After determining the turns counting system,the circuit is designed and analyzed.It mainly includes setting circuit,microprocessor control circuit,voltage stabilizing circuit,signal conditioning circuit and execution circuit.the signal conditioning circuit and the execution circuit are simulated and verified by using Multisim software.After passing the simulation verification,the circuit board was made,and the static debugging test was carried out in the laboratory to further verify the circuit design.The results show that the circuit design is correct and meets the technical requirements of fuze function.After the circuit design is completed,the power supply is selected and analyzed.Since the circuit needs to start working immediately outside the muzzle and the continuous working time is long,strict requirements are put forward for the power supply.The advantages and disadvantages of physical power supply and chemical power supply are analyzed,The composite power supply composed of thermal battery and magnetic generator is suitable.The hammering test is carried out in the laboratory to verify that the power supply can meet the requirements of circuit turns counting and detonation output.In the laboratory hamming test,it was found that although the energy supply of the magnetic generator was connected with the power supply of the thermal battery,the connection margin was small.Therefore,Ansoft Maxwell software was used to simulate the induction electromotive force generated by the magnetic generator.The influence of gas gap,magnetic core height,magnetic core shell thickness and magnetic core travel on induced electromotive force is obtained.It provides reference for optimization design of magnetic generator power supply.In order to verify whether the analysis and selection of spacing air blast system,circuit design and power supply analysis and selection are correct,circuit recovery test and dynamic spacing air blast test are carried out.The results show that the above design and selection principle is correct.It can meet the requirement of fixed distance air explosion fuze function.
