During the process of the weapon system development,the test is an indispensable and important part.The sea shooting range is responsible for acceptance testing tasks on weapons,equipment systems of the naval forces long time,especially ship-borne weapon system acceptance testing and identification.The quality and cycle of test has a critical significance for improving the quality of troops,shortening the equipment time,improving the overall performance of weapons and equipment.The article is based on assessment methods which are used in live analysis and simulation accuracy of the pilot project shooting the real targets or the simulated targets of target ship,when qualification test of the ship-borne weapon system is going at sea,to establish the test system.After the research about environment of the sea shooting range and measurement requirements,the programme which apply to distribution accuracy of projectile in the sea shooting range is proposed first (according to the different means of delivery,the two different ways of remote control airplanes and hot-air balloon are adopted). According to equipment and technical conditions on the market,a test system in line with testing requirements is set up.Also test principles,methods,as well as test environment of system and the various modules which compose of the system are described in detail.Besides the specific test program and implementation process is introduced.Second, the positioning principle of the coordinates of water column of the impacting point and the coordinate system involved in the calculation process are described.Then two kinds of calculation method that apply to different shooting methods of hot-air balloon and remote control planes is proposed. Subsequently,the formulas of water column of the impacting point which are calculated and deduced by two adopted methods are simulated and the correctness of the formulas are tested using Matlab software. Simulation results show that: Two methods of calculation are correct, compare and choose the kind of producing small error. Finally,sources of error from shooting to getting coordinate formula are analysed by using error theory, the progamme of reducing the error is raised,and distribution accuracy is calculated.
