This article uses a national defense pre-research project as the research background to study the parallel launch automaton and its bomb supply characteristics,mainly from the parallel launch mode,cam curve design,bomb supply dynamics simulation,automaton recoil characteristics and related experimental verification,cam groove radial clearance and modification,the coordination characteristics of the bomb supply and the parallel launching automaton are analyzed.This paper introduces the parallel launch method of multi-pipes,and uses the automaton cycle diagram and driving logic relationship to explain a complete cycle process of the launching device,clarifies the sequence of each action in the whole cycle,and describes the movement process of important components and their mutual logical relationship.Select a better bomb feeding scheme,design the pusher transmission system from the kinematics analysis,focus on determining the curve motion of the cam,and build a three-dimensional model of the cylindrical cam.Construct the bond graph and bonding theory model of the pushing process,and use the equation of state to dynamically calculate the dynamic characteristics of the different cam curves of the kinematics analysis during the transmission process;refer to the results of the virtual prototype simulation of the pushing process of the projectile group.Based on the pushing process of the projectile group,continue to build a mathematical model of the other motion phases of the launcher,analyze the external load of the automaton----the combined force of the barrel body and the buffer force,and adjust and calculate the recoil characteristics of the automaton from the FORC principle.The experimental data are used for verification;the dynamic characteristics of the process of replacing the projectile group by the rotating device are calculated and analyzed,and the appropriate motor braking form is used for the start and stop positioning;and the entire parallel launch process is comprehensively analyzed.Through the virtual prototype simulation analysis of the acceleration results of the follower under the radial clearance of different curved grooves and rollers,combined with the cam accuracy and manufacturing tolerances,the curve contour surface corresponding to the start and stop of the follower was modified;further analyze the impact of the potential factors of system coordination,mainly including the finite element check of the strength of the acceleration arm,the reduction of the unlocking resistance,the CFD method to simulate the internal environment of the buffer chamber and the security control logic of the automaton.The research on the coordination of the bomb supply part provides a certain reference for the design and improvement of the parallel launch automaton.
