Research On The Optimization Design Of Public Space In Children's Hospital Based On Service Design

In the era of service economy,the comprehensive medical model of biologypsychology-society develops rapidly,and the corresponding medical environment experience attracts more and more attention.As one of the specific types,children's public medical environment experience is facing a severe development test in the background of the shortage of children's medical resources and the opening of the twochild policy.The main purposes of this research are as follows : Insight into the user's experience needs,understanding the user's emotional vision,breaking the previous image barriers of children's hospital,and coordinating to create a new possibility of children's medical public environment by service design.Driven by service design thinking,the basic contents of the research include:Exploration stage: "children's hospital of public space" and "service design" related theory as the academic background,on the basis of defining the concept and scope of the research object and exploring the methods and tools of service design,the research activity of the public space of Nanjing Children's Hospital(Hexi hospital district)was carried out.After preliminary combing the basic characteristics of the current space,characteristics of user behavior demand can be understand through the shadow plan under the AEIOU framework,and cooperate with the theme analysis method to conduct user interviews to improve and supplement the user psychological demand information,so as to integrate the research results to establish a typical user of children's hospital public space.Definition stage: identify the service pain points in the analysis of journey maps,then extract and supplement the corresponding service contact points,carry out user perception survey on them,mine the core service contact points to be optimized,and conduct application analysis on them in combination with excellent cases to explore the specific way of optimization.Creating stage: with the help of emotional tools to identify the user's preference for spacial optimization.Combining the known optimization requirements,the paper sums up the spatial optimization element set and reshapes the spatial service process.In this way,the service blueprint was constructed to express the optimized spatial service system,and then it was mapped to the actual spatial layout to get the spatial service model.Execution stage: implement the conclusions of the service design research to the practical object,clarify the spatial design concept and optimize the scheme,and evaluate the iteration.It is expected that the exploration of the whole service design method and process can provide a richer design basis for the current and future public space construction of children's hospital.
