At present,with the rapid development of our country's economy,electric energy has become an indispensable part of people's production and life.In order to improve the power transmission capacity and meet the increasing demand for electricity,it is necessary to continuously improve the grid architecture.The construction of power expansion projects plays a key role in improving the structure of the main power grid,but there are many difficulties in the implementation process,such as cross-operations,wide construction areas,and more complex operation methods.In the process of power expansion projects,due to the backwardness of the risk management level of the managers and the insufficient ability of risk identification,analysis and preventive measures,large and small accidents have occurred from time to time,causing heavy losses.This article aims to reduce or even avoid the occurrence of accidents in power expansion projects,identify and evaluate the risks of power expansion projects,and formulate effective prevention and control measures.First,identify the risks of power expansion projects through the literature analysis method,expert scoring method,and work-risk decomposition method,and construct the WBS-RBS risk identification matrix for power expansion projects;secondly,use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the risks of power expansion projects.Based on the evaluation,a risk evaluation model for power expansion projects was constructed,the main risk factors were determined through deduction and calculation,and scientific and effective prevention and control measures were formulated.Finally,this paper selects the 110kV Jinbi substation expansion project to conduct an empirical study to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the above-mentioned risk identification and evaluation methods.Through the risk management research in this article,it provides a useful reference for the study of risk identification,evaluation and response methods for power expansion projects,which is conducive to the realization of the construction goals of power expansion projects.
