With the rapid development of China's economy,the highway industry,as the pillar industry of the national economy,is facing great opportunities and space for development.Over the years,in the practice of management,the company is committed to the construction of HSZ performance management system,but because of some reasons,resulting in some general effect even when formal serious,lost the significance of performance management,the reasons include the following:about degree,each department of personnel,management personnel professional consciousness enterprise quality,surrounding environment,company for training,degree of employee performance evaluation criteria of instability and performance management process associated with the company's high-level attention single.This paper attempts to use the HSZ Expressway Company as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the performance management system of HSZ company,and actively use the relevant optimization principle and method of performance management performance management system.The main purpose of this paper is to hope that through study of HSZ expressway company performance management system,from the implementation and performance plan,performance monitoring,performance appraisal,performance feedback interview four links,mainly using the theory review,theoretical research and empirical analysis of the combination of research methods are studied.The first step is to summarize the related theories of performance management through research and analysis of domestic and foreign research status.The second step is to analyze the current situation and problems of the performance management of HSZ company and find out the problems and shortcomings.The third step,and then according to the causes of problems,combining with the HSZ expressway company's actual situation and development needs,establish reform guiding ideology and principle,respectively according to performance plans,performance implementation and monitoring,performance appraisal and performance feedback the problems in the process of performance management system optimization design;The fourth step,formulate the corresponding security measures,for the problems in the implementation of the performance management system for monitoring,feedback and adjustment,and the performance management system of the optimized for other applications,extend scope;Finally,the further application of the performance management system in HSZ is prospected,thought and inspiration.
