Study On Highway Construction Projects Objective Management And Optimization Methods

In this paper, the author analyzes the latest development of developing course, practical case and research on the domestic and abroad highway construction projects management, as well as the latest characteristics and pattern of project management. According to the object research on engineering project management, the paper summarizes the collaborative optimization study on the engineering construction project management.Firstly, the dissertation discusses the elements of highway construction project management, including the elements of cost, quality, resources and environment. And the other elements such as information, risk factors etc., which will be the constraints factors of cost, quality and environmental. According to the collaborative optimization theory, the author will establish the object system of highway construction projects collaborative management. The author points out that we need to coordinate each independent goal and to satisfy some special constraint conditions when we carry out the highway construction project multi-objective management. With the establishing the multi-objective system optimization models and the solution of models to solve the problem of highway construction project multi-objective management, finally causes the construction and running of project achieve the anticipated goal.The paper focus on the analysis of the coordination degree model principle for construction project system, establishes the multi-objective coordination degree model of highway construction project based on the multi-objectives namely cost, time and quality. Then the author researches on the algorithm of multi-objective coordination degree model of highway construction project, and proposed the Particle swarm optimization algorithms for the multi-objective coordination degree models.Finally, the dissertation takes a sub-project of some highway construction project as an example, analyzes the problem of multi-objective optimization of the sub-project. With establishing the multi-objective coordination degree model, we can carry on the science computation to the model, finally obtains its optimization results. The example demonstrates that the optimization model proposed in this paper is reasonable and the algorithms are effective. So we can make use of the model and algorithms to solve many multi-objective questions on the engineering construction projects.
