Research On Interior Furnishings Design Of Nursing Homes In Xi'an Based On Cultural Pensions

Nowadays,the problem of population aging has increasingly become one of the hot spots of social concern.Our party put forward in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "actively respond to the aging of the population and vigorously develop the aging service and industry".However,due to the rapid development of aging in my country,how to develop the elderly care in an all-round and high-quality manner cannot keep up with the actual needs in terms of theoretical research or institutional arrangements.As the capital city of Shaanxi Province,Xi’an has a large population base.With the implementation of the "only child" policy in the early years,how to house the elderly and let them have a happy old age has become a widespread concern of the society.Although this problem has been solved to a certain extent since the implementation of Xi’an’s urban pension policy,it only meets the needs of the elderly for food,accommodation and living,and basically realizes the "material pension".Of course,this is the basic guarantee for the pension.,And the content of"cultural pension" is less involved.In fact,the elderly not only need to provide material support,they also hope to receive spiritual care,and the author’s survey of the elderly in institutions in Xi’an shows that the elderly have expressed a great deal of support for the elderly care environment that meets spiritual and cultural needs.It is hoped that,to a certain extent,it can be considered that some elderly care institutions in Xi’an area have limited space design that can provide the elderly with cultural and elderly care environments,and cannot well help the elderly to live a happy and peaceful old age.Based on this background,this article hopes to discuss the design of interior furnishings for the elderly based on cultural elderly care.This article uses a questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the ideal life of the elderly in Xi’an.This article is composed of seven chapters,divided into three parts to expand the discussion.The main methods and results are as follows:First of all,this article sorts out and summarizes the domestic and foreign elder care methods,cultural elder care status,and interior furnishings of elder care spaces.By analyzing the needs of the elderly,it makes a classification study for the elderly with different characteristics and needs.On the other hand,By expounding the related theories and concepts of interior furnishing design and cultural pension,the design strategy is summarized.Then,issue and sort out survey questionnaires related to the indoor space furnishings for the elderly,and conduct field research and analysis.The current situation of Tianhe Senior Apartment in Xi’an Yanta District and Yi’an Senior Apartment in High-tech Zone is conducted,and the elderly in two senior apartments are surveyed.Follow-up visits,truly feel their inner demands,and discover and summarize the current common problems in the retirement space.In addition,in response to the problems in the survey and the basis of previous theoretical research,this article makes a series of transformation design strategies for cultural elderly care.In the process of design,the author optimizes the layout of furnishings according to the lifestyle of the elderly in the local culture Convenient and meet the daily needs of the elderly,facilitate the elderly to receive guests,respect and meet the needs of different types of elderly for space use.Extract local cultural elements and integrate them into furnishings to decorate and enrich the space,meet the cultural aesthetic needs of the elderly,enhance individuality and interest,and render the atmosphere of the space.Enrich the leisure activities of the elderly according to the design elements of folk culture,lifestyle,residential buildings in the local culture,take care of the cultural life of the elderly,meet the psychological needs of the elderly,and apply the concept of cultural elderly care to the interior furnishing design of the elderly care space in.Finally,on the basis of the above research,relevant theories and research are applied in case studies,and based on cultural elderly care,the optimization of indoor furnishing space layout and specific design case descriptions are proposed.This article focuses on the elderly living space,dining space,health care and fitness space,and cultural The specific optimization methods are explained separately for the activity spaces,and different types of furniture are designed and transformed according to different spaces,such as sofas,chairs,lighting,elderly beds,furnishings,etc.,and specific transformation methods are summarized,and they are being studied.The shortcomings in the process proposed improvement methods,and finally made the future outlook of the whole research.The purpose of this research is to build a practical,humane,connotative,and culturally-friendly indoor living space for elderly care institutions for the elderly,so as to achieve the goal of "respect for the elderly,learning for the elderly,useful for the elderly,and pleasure for the elderly" The concept of cultural old-age care allows the elderly to spend their old age happily and happily.It is hoped that the results of this study can provide valuable references for the future interior design of the elderly,provide a certain theoretical basis for the formulation of design specifications and standards for the elderly,and improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.
