As an urban transportation infrastructure,subway exert an enormous function on lessening the pressure of transportation and improving the accessibility of the areas along the subway lines in urban development.Among the core subsystems of the subway,the Automatic Fare Collection system is one of the most frequently contacted devices for passengers.Service level and failure handling efficiency of AFC terminal equipment are the basic scale plate for measuring the subway service level.With the gradually opening of Kunming subway lines,the number of AFC equipment has grown rapidly,which has amplified the workload of repairs and the difficulty of maintenance.We can raise the efficiency and accuracy of repair reports,supervise the repair processing process,refine management of supplies,informatization of indicator statistics,improve service efficiency by designing a high-powered and safe system.The paper introduced the topic background and construct value of the Kunming Metro AFC equipment maintenance management system,investigated the domestic and international application current situation of similar system and the management mode in the industry.By analyzing the existing problems of Kunming Metro AFC equipment management at present,make clear the research orientation and main content.Aiming to cost decreasing and benefit increasing for business analysis,this paper combed the original operation flow,then optimized and improved it,which provided optimization about several types of business: fault repair,fault worksheets,equipment component maintenance,alternative maintenance,warehouse management and index statistics.Applying UML modeling to functional analysis,which combined with optimized operation flow and implemented functions that system needs,finished use case and packet diagram.By means of data analysis,in order to satisfy the demand for system data storage and operation of users,the optimal entity class was extracted by drawing a class diagram,then shows all attributes of entity object and the relationship between itself in system business.At the end of this paper,it reviews the realization process and experience during the subject research,and puts forward the future thrust of the system.
