Design-led EPC General Contracting Mode Design Management Research

In recent years,engineering procurement construction mode has become a project management mode strongly promoted by the state,but the idea of integration and integration of EPC general contracting mode has not yet been applied in project practice.As the preliminary work of construction project,engineering design plays an important role in the cost,duration and quality control of EPC project.EPC general contracting management is a project management under the multi role cooperation and benign competition of the construction unit,the designer,the purchaser and the construction party.But due to the extensive management of the design industry and the lack of a systematic process and management system,the traditional D-B-B construction mode can not be changed for a long time,there are many conflicts between designers and other participants,therefore,the leading and leading role of design has not been fully played in EPC mode.By comparing and analyzing the physical characteristics of traditional design and the new requirements of EPC mode at present,this thesis puts forward the practical problems of EPC design management in construction industry.By introducing the concept of "parallel,integrated and collaborative in parallel engineering,the thesis discusses the coordination management among design,procurement and construction links by using the theoretical tools and methods of limit design and constructability in design stage.Grasp the key points of design management in the design stage,optimize the process of construction period control and cost control in the design stage of EPC general contracting mode,and put forward the cost control and construction period control measures in the design stage.At the same time,from the perspective of integrated management,concurrent engineering theory is combined with BIM technology,and through the digital way of BIM technology to further optimize the construction period control and cost control of design management,the problems of integration,design leading and process establishment can be better solved to meet the new requirements of EPC design system.Based on the existing rich relevant literature and research results,this thesis combs the design management process,puts forward the measures for architectural design enterprises to carry out EPC project duration control and cost control,and points out the dominant advantages of design in EPC project,so as to provide some reference for the development of EPC management research and design management system.
