Research And Practice Path Of Rural Revitalization Based On Regional Cultural Remodeling

The essence of Chinese culture is local culture,and the root of Chinese culture is in the countryside.In the report to the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),we will implement the strategy for rural revitalization in accordance with the overall requirements of thriving industries,livable ecosystems,civilized rural practices,effective governance and a prosperous life.Among them,the construction of rural civilization is an important driving force and spiritual basis for rural revitalization,and is the "soul" of rural revitalization.Based on rural civilization,absorb excellent achievement of urban civilization and the foreign culture,on the basis of the protection of heritage,creative,innovative development,constantly adding times connotation,rich form of expression,give full play to its solidarity and educate the masses,the importance of globalization without morals,this is also a new era endow the new mission of local culture.At the same time,in the rapid progress of urbanization and modernization,the traditional culture of rural areas is constantly impacted by the new urban culture,and the rural values deviate from each other,showing a trend of decline and extinction.Once this trend is irreversible and no effective measures can be taken to "cure" local culture,local culture,as the "root" of Chinese culture,is likely to withdraw from Chinese history,which will be the wound of Chinese history and culture as well as the pain of the Chinese nation.Therefore,against the historical background of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,it is particularly important to protect,reshape,inherit,innovate and develop rural culture in the process of deepening the national strategy of rural revitalization,which is also what this thesis intends to express and express.This thesis to rural revitalization of cultural reshape research as a starting point,in the shadow of village as a case,its natural endowment,characteristic resources and population,multi-level analysis of urban and rural planning,urban economics,sociology and geography theory and other interdisciplinary theory,the method of combining the whole domain rural revitalization of the planning and characteristic landscape design,the shadow of the child to forge a "flower village,the famous" village.This paper first clarified the purpose and significance of studying the integration of local culture in the context of rural revitalization,defined the relevant concepts,clarified the research methods of this paper,and analyzed the cases of focusing on cultural orientation in rural construction at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the difficulties,principles and presentation strategies of the remolding of local culture,and points out that the remolding of local culture is essentially the reconstruction of local culture,which is a dynamic process of preservation,evolution,innovation and continuation.Thirdly,the status quo of yinzi village,such as location and transportation,natural climate,land resources,infrastructure,and local culture such as characteristic folk houses and cultural customs are excavated and refined,and the existing problems are sorted out and analyzed,laying a foundation for the next step of yinzi’s regional rural revitalization planning and cultural remolding.In the end,this paper takes Yinzi village as a case,starts with the principles and planning strategies of local culture remolding,and puts forward the design ideas of rural revitalization planning and characteristic landscape shaping of Yinzi Village from both macro and micro levels.It is expected that the research of this paper can provide theoretical support for the rural revitalization planning and characteristic landscape plan of Yinzi Village.By selecting typical samples,innovative research is conducted and certain experience is summarized to provide effective design method guidance for the rural revitalization and cultural remolding of rural areas with regional cultural characteristics in the whole province.
