Abstract/Summary:
As an important link in the construction of smart grid,demand response is of great significance in alleviating the power supply tension and realizing the optimal allocation of power resources.In China,the implementation of demand response is dominated by demonstration projects,and there exists a great deal of problems,such as extensive load control mode and insufficient intelligent management level,which bring difficulties to the participation of important demand-side resources such as large public buildings.In order to make public buildings participate in demand response more reasonably,humanly and conveniently,this thesis studies demand response strategies from user’s perspective,and builds a manageable,controllable and visual operating system for public buildings in demand response by combining relevant technologies such as the Internet of Things and the Internet.The main work contents are as follows:Firstly,the overall design of public buildings participating in the power demand response is carried out.This thesis expounds the implementation process of demand response,designs the evaluation model of baseline load,execution effect and income,and designs the functional requirements and implementation framework of the public building demand response management system on this basis.Secondly,the rigid and flexible response strategies of lighting sockets,air conditioners,power generators and special power users in public buildings are studied.Based on the analysis of the electricity load of public buildings,the demand response strategies of public buildings are summarized.Taking the factors of comfort,use time and safety of the strategy into consideration,a response strategy decision-making scheme based on dynamic priority for public buildings was designed to reduce the impact of policy implementation on personnel.Thirdly,based on the functional requirements and architecture of the system,the demand response management system for public buildings is developed.Design the system data model and structure,complete the system database construction and cloud deployment;Realize the communication between the grid side and the user side,and between the system gateway and the server to facilitate the interaction of information and data.Set up a visual platform under the system B/S structure to facilitate real-time management and remote operation and maintenance of users.Finally,the above research contents are validated by application.Taking an office building in Jinan as the application object,the demand response strategy of lighting socket,air conditioner and power load is designed specifically.Through the effect analysis of the implementation strategy,the strategy used can successfully complete the response task on the basis of taking into account the normal electricity demand of personnel.The visualization platform of the demand response management system for the building was completed and demonstrated.Through field verification,the system was able to respond to scheduling instructions and complete the implementation process quickly.The system realizes the automatic decision and implementation of demand response strategy,reduces the delay in the implementation process,and facilitates the user to control the demand response.
