| With the rapid development of China’s economy,large public buildings have flourished like bamboo shoots,and the volume and function of public buildings have also changed significantly.Correspondingly,building energy consumption has also continued to rise.Central air conditioning,as the main system of building energy consumption,has The issue of energy conservation has become an urgent priority.Especially at the critical moment of China’s industrial upgrading,focusing on the construction of smart cities and the development of green buildings,the energy saving and emission reduction of central air-conditioning has practical significance.This paper takes the central air-conditioning system running in a public building in Jinan as the actual research object.Based on the original control system,the building energy saving is designed as an "organic" whole.The emerging control strategy based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to control the central air-conditioning system.The air-conditioning refrigeration station performs energy-saving control.The whole process is as follows: On-site sensors collect the temperature,pressure,flow,ambient temperature,and humidity of the air-conditioning system’s return water temperature,calculate the actual load of the central air-conditioning system through quantitative data,and then connect the fuzzy control strategy.Fuzzy controller,the fuzzy controller then calculates the target load of the air conditioner based on the actual load of the equipment and historical operating data,formulates related strategies,and controls the number of central air-conditioning units to start and stop and the frequency of the relevant equipment to control the speed of the related equipment to ensure the refrigeration water circulation in the freezing station Pumps,chilled water circulation pumps,make-up pumps,and cooling tower fans are in an optimal state,and ultimately achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.In the end of this article,a new type of central air-conditioning management system was designed using the Johnson Controls Group Control System to optimize the management and control of terminal equipment and ensure the system’s "self" management and control in a stable,complete,efficient,and fast closed-loop system.The overall energy saving and emission reduction guarantee. |
