Energy-saving Renovation And Energy Consumption Analysis Of Campus Public Buildings

At present,there are a large number of campus buildings built in the 1980 s and 1990 s,even earlier in our country,these buildings in the construction did not take too much into account the needs of energy conservation,coupled with the impact of aging and damage in the process of building use,indoor and outdoor thermal comfort is poor,high energy consumption,has been unable to meet the requirements of energy saving and consumption reduction,but it is unrealistic to carry out the demolition and reconstruction,especially some colleges and universities are not sufficient funds,there is not too much money for school buildings Large scale improvement and targeted selection of appropriate methods for energy-saving transformation can avoid large waste of resources.This paper takes the existing buildings in the main campus of Linyi Vocational College as the research object,and mainly studies the following contents.Firstly,the survey and analysis of the existing buildings in the campus are carried out,and the accurate data of energy-saving buildings and non energy-saving buildings in the campus are obtained.Then taking No.1 student apartment as an example,the cooling and heating load of the building before and after the energy-saving transformation is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the cooling and heating load of No.1 student apartment is greatly reduced after the energy-saving transformation,and the load is reduced by at least 25%.For two non energy-saving buildings,No.4 teaching building and No.7 teaching building,several energy-saving schemes are given respectively.Then the heat load of different transformation schemes is calculated by using BIM software.Through energy consumption analysis and cost analysis,a more suitable energy-saving scheme is finally obtained.Finally,taking the campus energy consumption data in 2019 as the basic data,the energy audit of all buildings in the campus is carried out,the proportion of each energy consumption in the building energy consumption is analyzed,the total energy consumption index is given,and the energy saving suggestions are put forward,which provides technical support for the future transformation of campus buildings.
