| At present,China’s economic and social development has entered a "new period",and the relationship between urban and rural areas has gradually taken on new characteristics and development trends.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the priority of agricultural and rural development,aiming to break down the urban-rural dual structural barriers and vigorously promote the process of rural development.It can be seen that China’s attitude has gradually changed from "attaching importance to the city and ignoring the countryside" in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic to the concept of integrated urban and rural development of "co-prosperity between urban and rural areas".The rural area has gradually shifted from a single agricultural function to a multi-functional development,and its economic,ecological,tourism,living and other functions have been valued,presenting a mutual-symbiosis development trend of multiple functions.The interaction and differences among different factors such as natural geographical conditions,economic development conditions and social security conditions will lead to certain spatial heterogeneity among different functions.It is of great practical significance to analyze the stages and laws of rural development through various elements of rural development,identify the types of rural development,and put forward effective development paths to guide the efficient development of rural development at the present stage of rural development.In the thesis,132 villages and towns in Linyi City,except for the sub-district offices,are taken as the research objects,and the index system and evaluation model of rural function evaluation of Linyi City are constructed from the aspects of economy,society,ecology,tourism,residence,and land use on the basis of systematically combing the characteristics of social and economic development of Linyi City,and the differences and spatial patterns of 5 rural functions are analyzed;according to economic development functions,agricultural production functions and eco-tourism functions,the rural types of 132 towns in Linyi City are determined.In the end,different types of rural development strategies are proposed from multiple angles.The research shows:(1)The rural functions of Linyi City can be divided into five categories: economic development functions,agricultural production functions,eco-tourism functions,social security functions,and living and residential functions.The five functions have obvious agglomeration and differences in space,including obvious high-high,high-low,low-low agglomeration areas;economic development functions and living and residential functions overlap in space with a positive correlation effect.The intra-regional differences of the five rural functions are greater than the inter-regional differences;the trend of spatial concentration of living and residential functions is relatively high,and the overall level is good;the degree of spatial dispersion of ecotourism functions is relatively high;the characteristics of spatial differentiation of living and residential functions are not obvious.(2)The villages in Linyi City can be divided into four types,such as non-agriculturaloriented,agricultural-oriented,eco-tourism and balanced development.Non-agriculturally dominated villages are mainly concentrated in central Linyi.Agriculturally dominated villages are mainly distributed in the southern plains of the city.Ecotourism dominated villages are mainly distributed in the mountainous and hilly regions of the north,west and east of Linyi city.Balanced-development dominated villages are clustered and distributed with various degrees throughout the region,and on the whole the degree of agglomeration in the south is higher than that in the north.(3)The keys to achieve the promotion of Linyi’s rural functions are to improve the regional economic development level,strengthen the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,strictly protect the green waters and green mountains and develop rural tourism for mutual benefit and win-win,reduce the urban-rural gap and ensure social equity.For different rural types,it is necessary to adapt measures to local conditions and adopt differentiated development strategies in the principle of "efficiency priority" and "appropriate equity"... |
