Research On The Spatial Differentiation Of Rural Regional Functions And The Choice Of Leading Functions In Chongyang County

Rural versatility is the essential attribute of rural areas.Driven by the two-wheel drive of new urbanization and modern industrialization,the transformation of rural regional functions and the reorganization of resource elements have developed significantly,but at the same time they have caused problems such as the loss of rural regional resource elements and functional decline.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must insist on giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.Great changes have taken place in the relationship between people and land in the region.The regional functions and development positioning of rural areas have shown a diversified trend,and their rationality directly affects regional economic development.Therefore,this paper takes Chongyang County as the research area and towns and towns as the research unit.By constructing a rural regional function evaluation index system,the different functions of towns and villages are evaluated,revealing the spatial distribution of various regional functions of Chongyang County on the township scale.Different characteristics;using the standard revealed comparative advantage index(NRCA)model to identify the comparative advantage functions of 12 research units;based on the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis method,the township advantage function combination was adjusted and optimized,and on this basis combined with related Planning and expert opinions selected and discussed the leading functions of the towns in the study area in the process of rural revitalization and their realization paths.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through combing the connotation of predecessors ’ rural territorial function and related theories,combining with the current situation of rural development in Chongyang County,this article constructs five aspects including agricultural production,economic development,human settlements,cultural tourism and leisure,and ecological conservation.The evaluation index system of rural regional function evaluates and recognizes the regional function of township and village in Chongyang County.The results show that the spatial differentiation of township and village functions in Chongyang County is significant.The agricultural production function presents a spatial distribution characteristic of decreasing from the east and west wings,high in the middle and low in the north and south;the economic development function presents a trend of high value areas concentrated around the county seat and extending to the surrounding area;human settlement protection function and economic development The functional spatial characteristics are relatively consistent,and the north is better than the south as a whole;the cultural tourism and leisure functions are locally prominent,and the east is better than the west;the ecological conservation function is generally locally prominent,and the south is better than the north..(2)Based on the results of Chongyang County’s five-category functional zone demarcation,and based on the Standard Revealed Comparative Advantage Index(NRCA)model,determine the rural superiority function.The comparative advantage function combination of townships in Chongyang County is divided into 7 types.The single advantage function includes 1 type,which is the leading type of agricultural production function;the double advantage function combination includes 3 types,agricultural production-human settlement function leading type,and ecological conservation.-Cultural tourism and leisure function-oriented type,agricultural production-economic development function-oriented type;multi-advantage function combination includes 3 types,economic development-human settlement protection-cultural tourism and leisure function-oriented type,agricultural production-economic development-human settlement protection function Leading type,agricultural production-cultural tourism and leisure-ecological conservation function leading type.(3)Based on Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis,the interaction between rural regional functions can be divided into 5 types,2 types and 3 types,which are compatible types,synergistic types and conflict types.Based on the analysis of the interaction between rural regional functions,adjust functional conflict town optimization,on the basis of the combination of related planning and expert experience to chongyang 12 township leading function for six types of rural regional features,respectively,for agricultural production,agricultural production-residential security complex compound,agricultural production-economic development,The paper also discusses the implementation path of rural revitalization under different dominant function types,including agricultural production-cultural and tourism leisure,cultural and tourism leisure and ecological conservation.
