Research On Application And Evaluation Of Rainwater And Sewage Diversion Reconstruction Project In Residential Areas

The construction of rainwater and sewage diversion is the key to solve the black and smelly water bodies and urban water logging effectively.The old residential area is a typical rain-sewage mixing area,it is of great significance to control the quality of the rain-sewage diversion reconstruction project in the old residential area.This paper focuses on the quality management problems of the rain and sewage diversion reconstruction of the old community,tries to find out the difficulties and existing problems of quality management,and discusses the concrete measures to effectively improve the project quality.This paper takes the rain and sewage diversion project of old residential area as the research object,investigates other completed rain and sewage diversion projects of old communities in the same administrative area of Jinchuan river valley residential area,and uses quality management tools to find out the quality management problems existing in the construction preparation stage,construction stage and acceptance handover stage of the project.The causal analysis diagram was used to analyze and determine the deep causes from the five aspects of "4M1E",and the feasible measures were formulated accordingly,and the quality improvement scheme was applied to the transformation and implementation of Jinchuan river valley residential area.Finally,according to the influencing factors of the quality management of the old community,the evaluation index is scientifically selected,and the quality management evaluation system of the rain and pollution diversion reconstruction project of the old residential area is constructed.Fuzzy AHP is used to evaluate the quality management of old residential area at the present stage.The result s show that the quality improvement scheme studied in this paper has a good effect in old residential area,and improves the quality management level of all units participating in the construction of Jinchuan river valley residential area.In view of the inadequacy of the scheme also gives a deeper level of thinking and countermeasures.The rain-pollution diversion project of the old residential area has special social background and construction environment,but as a municipal project invested by the government and serving the masses,it also has certain commonality.The systematic study of this paper not only provides an important reference for the quality management of rain and sewage diversion reconstruction projects in the old residential areas,but also provides directions and ideas for the quality management of more similar rain and sewage diversion reconstruction projects in the future.
