The drainage pipe network in Jimo City of Qingdao has been built for a long time,and some municipal drainage pipes,farmers’ markets and drainage pipes in old residential areas have serious problems of rainwater and sewage confluent,which causes black and smelly water in urban river channels and directly affects the urban environment.In this study,the drainage pipe network,river pollution,old residential areas,farmers market drainage pipe network system survey,analysis of the existing problems,put forward the jimo city rain,sewage diversion reconstruction plan.Firstly,the paper discusses the design concept of the transformation of the drainage pipe network system in jimo central city: the rain and pollution diversion system is adopted,combined with the construction of sponge city,and the governance goal of "improving the environment in central city and eliminating black and smelly water" is proposed.The status quo investigation divides the drainage pipe network in the central city of Jimo into 6 districts,covering an area of 134 square kilometers.The main objects of investigation are municipal drainage pipes,river pollution,drainage pipes in farmers’ markets and drainage pipes in old residential areas.Through field investigation,found that(1)the problems about 3000 municipal drainage pipe network,including sewage pipeline access rainwater pipe(Ⅰ class),893,rain water pipe connected to the sewage pipe problem(Ⅱ class)89,confluence drainage pipeline access shunt system problems(Ⅲ class)62,check well and rainwater collection mouth exist waste or sewage discharges(Ⅳ)231,aging,lack of the manhole cover of drainage pipeline inspection Wells,sedimentation problems,1752.Including Ⅰ problem and Ⅴ more problems,more concentrated the first partition and the third partition;(2)the various problems about A total of 189 river,the river sewage outfalls(class A)issues accounted for 9%,industrial waste water into the river(class B)accounted for 8%,villages along the river water into the river(class C)accounted for 58%,drainage pipe network access river fault(class D)accounted for 22%,garbage into the river(E)(3%),it can be seen that the sewage discharged into rivers creating black smelly water accounts for larger.(3)Except for one farmers’ market,the other 20 farmers’ markets all have the phenomenon of rain and sewage mixing.The aquatic product processing area and poultry slaughtering area inside the farmers’ market do not have special sewage pipes,and the fresh-keeping wastewater of aquatic products and slaughtering and processing wastewater all enter the grate along the ground.(4)14 only 2 old village in an old district adopts rain sewage diversion,the rest of the old residential area there are different levels of rain polluted rivers,this part of the reason is mainly due to the sewage by building the riser tube into the rain,plot internal drainage pipeline construction time earlier,the sewage pipeline aging phenomenon is serious,causing drainage pipe drainage system did not form a separate system.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the drainage pipe network in the central city of Jimo,the reconstruction scheme and engineering design of the rainwater and sewage diversion in the central city of Jimo are put forward.(1)Renovation of drainage pipes: retain the original confluent pipes and build new rainwater or sewage pipes;Laying branches of sewage along the street;According to the wrong connection of rain and sewage pipes,seal up the rain or sewage pipes;Re-lay the drainage pipe.(2)River treatment plan: domestic garbage collection and treatment in the river,river revetment reconstruction,sediment dredging and ecological restoration.Based on the flood control design,the river section is calculated,the revetment form is reformed and the natural revetment is increased.The sediment clearance amount is 200,000 m3;Construction of integrated ecological wetland near Mohe Park.(3)Drainage plan renovation plan of farmers’ market: Through the establishment of a new rain sewage pipe network,garbage bins and waste water dumping outlets are set in the greenhouses to achieve the separation of rain and pollution in farmers’ market.(4)Reconstruction scheme of old and old residential areas in the urban area: the rainwater riser and drainage pipe network in the residential area are reformed.The main drainage pipe in the residential area with limited space can be separated by the construction of interception Wells.(5)Sponge measures should be added in the design of rainwater pipe network.The construction of rainwater pipe and sponge measures should be combined through the construction of sunken green space,urban flood discharge channel and the selection of plants,so as to reduce the combined overflow pollutants and rainwater runoff.
