Wood specimen is a kind of file to record biodiversity,which carries a lot of plant information.It provides important scientific research data for human wood science research,botany research and climate research.The traditional Wood Herbarium mostly stores the wood specimens in the cabinet,which is inconvenient to find and manage.The electronic management of specimen data in digital herbarium can improve the management efficiency of traditional Herbarium,promote the reuse of specimen information,and promote the development process of wood research by accelerating the information exchange between industries.This thesis collects and processes the specimens and experimental data from Shandong Jianzhu University's wood and building materials Herbarium,designs and develops a digital herbarium of building structural timber based on SSM framework and improved retrieval system.The system can solve the problem of large capacity storage of wood images,quickly upload and read image files,establish a standardized data entry process,and reasonably divide data access rights,To ensure the integrity and security of the data,the full-text retrieval of wood specimen data is realized based on Lucene.According to the characteristics of building structural timber data file,the adaptability is improved,and the digital management system of building structural timber with safe storage,standardized access and flexible retrieval is established.The work of this thesis is carried out from the following three aspects.First of all,by consulting the domestic and foreign research literature of digital herbarium and its related technology,this thesis summarizes the development process of digital Herbarium,and points out that there are some problems in digital Herbarium,such as the lack of standardized and unified data entry process,secure storage and access standards,flexible retrieval system and so on.Considering that this system is mainly to solve the problem of data interaction between user interface(browser)and server(database system),spring + spring MVC + mybatis is selected as the basic framework of the system,based on HTTP communication protocol,to coordinate the interface to My SQL database.Next,through comparative analysis,Lucene full-text retrieval is selected as the search method of the retrieval system,and each process of full-text retrieval is studied.Full text retrieval is divided into two processes: index creation and index search.In the index creation stage,the My SQL data is imported into Lucene,and then the forward maximum matching algorithm is used for Chinese word segmentation.Combined with IK word segmentation,the word classifier is constructed to collect the professional vocabulary of building structural timber and timber,and expand the Chinese dictionary to improve the word segmentation effect and realize the creation of index;Write fuzzy query,combination query,paging query method to achieve search index.Finally,the collected data of building structural timber samples are numbered,the database table is designed,the data is stored and classified,and the access specification is designed.Using Java,HTML,SQL and other languages,the system login module,wood data input module,macro image input module,micro anatomy image input module,micro CT image input module,and the system data input module are designed and implemented The macro image feature input module,micro image feature input module,database management module,query module and query result module adopt step-by-step progressive input to ensure the normalization of input data,and test the system.
