On July 22,2019,the Science and Technology Innovation Board opened.Chinese capital market ushered in a brand-new market,mainly serving new technological innovations such as information technology,high-end equipment,new materials,new energy and environmental protection and bio-medicine enterprise.In recent years,China's new energy automobile industry has shown explosive growth under the guidance of the double-point policy,which has continued to drive the demand for power lithium batteries.Among the first 25 companies listed on the science and technology board,lithium battery companies in the new energy vehicle industry chain have attracted public attention,prompting us to pay more attention to the corporate value of lithium battery companies in the science and technology board new energy industry.The paper is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background and significance of the article,the current status of research at home and abroad,the main content and research methods,and innovations.The second part is the value evaluation of the science and technology board new energy enterprise,including three aspects of the industry overview,evaluation difficulties,and applicability analysis of the evaluation method.The third part introduces the EVA and enterprise value evaluation model,focusing on the adjustment of specific accounting items and the determination of parameters.The fourth part is the core content of the article.Through the theoretical foundations of the second and third parts,understand the Rongbai technology company's profile and clearly evaluate the basic matters,adjust its accounting items and calculate the EVA of each historical period.Further predict the EVA of each future period to determine the enterprise value.The fifth part is mainly the problems that the model should pay attention to during the evaluation process,the applicable scope of EVA method,the adjustment of accounting items and industry characteristics,the objectivity of EVA forecast in the future period,and the accuracy of discount rate estimation.The last part is the conclusion of study and outlook for future development.For the value evaluation of technological innovation enterprises,the EVA-based method is superior to the traditional method.In addition,this article applies the EVA enterprise value assessment method to Rongbai Technology Co.,Ltd.in the new energy industry of science and technology innovation board.The final evaluation result is close to the actual value,which proves the feasibility and reliability of the EVA method.The evaluation of Business Value Appraisal Method based on EVA is also compared with the evaluation determined by the market method and Business Value Appraisal Method based on FCFF,which proves that the EVA method is superior.This article introduces the EVA model to evaluate the value of science and technology board companies in the new energy industry,providing an effective solution to the problem of value assessment of science and technology board companies,and providing new ideas for the lack of science and technology board valuation in the current stage of theory,and also for asset evaluation.Institutions and asset evaluation professionals provided specific examples of using the EVA method to evaluate the value of science and technology board companies in the new energy industry,and also provided a reference for the China Assets Evaluation Association and China Securities Regulatory Commission in the evaluation and supervision of science and technology innovation board companies in the new energy industry.
