| In recent years,with the rapid development of modern power grid scale and operation technology,the long-term stable operation of the power grid mainly depends on the reliability of the secondary control system.Traditional periodic inspection has many problems,such as low maintenance efficiency and lack of specific guidance,which will affect the long-term safe and stable operation of the power grid.The traditional periodic inspection system of relay protection has gradually failed to meet the operation and maintenance of modern power grids.At present,the time-based passive detection mode is developing towards the device-based active detection mode.The research on the maintenance of relay protection status can reduce the on-site workload in practice,especially reduce the number of unplanned power outages,so as toimprove the reliability of power supply.The State Grid Corporation of China is still in its infancy in the research on the condition maintenance of relay protection equipment,the maintenance mode and method of relay protection equipment have different characteristics from primary power grid equipment,it is necessary to construct a scientific evaluation system based on the characteristics of relay protection equipment and to guide operation and maintenance work according to different conditions.This paper combined the business needs of power companies with the actual situation,and studied the health status assessment of relay protection equipment.Carried out basic data collection of relay protection equipment,conducted in-depth data analysis and mining of the collected data,and found out the key factors affecting the continuous,stable and reliable operation of the equipment.Improved the data collection method,and proposed technology which connectedwith "Internet of Things+ Internet",applied the Internet of Things electronic tags and intelligent mobile terminal equipment,and collected the basic data required for status evaluation fully intelligently and automatically.After that,the health status evaluation model of relay protection equipment was established based on the analytic hierarchy process,which realized the full-cycle dynamic evaluation of relay protection equipment,and improved the accuracy and scientificity of the equipment condition evaluation and established a comprehensive state evaluation system based on multi-majorfusion and multi-angle analysis of primary and secondary equipment,it has provided a solid basis for assessing equipment conditions and risk levels,and has comprehensively improved the scientific,lean-oriented,and standardized level of equipment management in power grid companies.The main tasks completed are as follows:(1)As big data analysis work began,basic data of Tianjin relay protection equipment were collected in recent years,meanwhile statistics on the defects of these equipment had been carried out.According to equipment manufacturers,operating years,equipment types,and other dimensions,the overall distribution of relay protection equipment in Tianjin power grid and the probability of occurrence of defects were analyzed to figure out the factors that affect the continuous,stable and reliable operation of the equipment.(2)The study would apply “internet of Things + Internet" technology to evaluate the status of secondary equipment,utilize secondary equipment online monitoring technology,Io T electronic tags and smart mobile terminal equipment to obtain basic data and real-time data about relay protection equipment,device historical data,and other parameters and information that reflect the health status of the device automatically and intelligently.(3)Established a multi-level state evaluation model with a wide range of applications,and realized the entire process automatic evaluation of the evaluation model and the basic data of the process can be traced and traced.To ensure the accuracy,applicability,and scientificity of the results of relay protection evaluation,study and formulate differentiated maintenance strategies for relay protection equipment,and apply intelligent mobile operation and maintenance management and control platforms to complete accurate maintenance of actual equipment on site.(4)The state evaluation model was applied to analyze the relay protection equipment of Tianjin power grid in certain cases,and to calculate the economic benefits after the implementation of this maintenance mode.(5)Based on the above research,a management strategy for the condition maintenance of the relay protection equipment in Tianjin Power Grid was formulated,and the objectives,practices,processes,and the clear division of labor and duties and time requirements of each link for the protection equipment condition maintenance were clarified. |
