| With the development of power system technology, the traditional relay protection regular inspection system has not gradually adapted to the requirements of modern power system operation and maintenance, and there are many problems about the traditional periodic inspection just as low repairing efficiency and low pertinence and so on, which affect the safe operation of power system. Therefore, the National Electric Net Ltd. and the net provincial companies are conducting research on condition based maintenance of relay protection equipment. As the maintenance mode and method of relay protection equipment are also different with the electric power equipment, it needs to establish a set of status maintenance management system of relay protection equipment and a scientific evaluation system.This thesis mainly combines the actual business needs of power companies, collecting and analyzing the basic data of production and operation of relay protection equipment, based on the reliability analysis theory to research the state evaluation model of relay protection equipment, constructing the assistant decision-making system of relay protection equipment evaluation which auxiliaries power companies to carry out condition based maintenance work of relay protection equipment. The main work completed is as follows:(1) Based on all kinds of standard, guide of condition based maintenance of relay protection, establishing a standardized and normalized relay protection equipment state evaluation assistant decision-supporting system.(2) Through constructing a general multi-level evaluation model, to realize adaptive artificial adjustment of evaluation model and back of the evaluation process and basic data. It also constructs multi-model evaluation system to guarantee the scientificity and accuracy of evaluation results of relay protection and maintenance strategy.(3) The data acquisition interface, meet the needs of the business development, and regulate data exchange method of different sources data at the same time.(4) To make clear the responsibilities of all the staff (operation team, protection team, maintenance workshop task, bureau task, CEPRI task, dispatch center task etc.), and regulate the business process of state maintenance, which guides the relay protection maintenance work.In this thesis, through establishing the assistant decision-making system of evaluation of the status of the relay protection equipment, on the basis of state maintenance standard of relay protection which is formulated by power company, the system automatically collects equipment ledger, defects, maintenance check, protection action, operational inspection, maintenance inspection, familial defects and so on, and evaluates dynamically to equipment, and it realizes standardization of collecting information, dynamic of condition evaluation, refinement of maintenance strategy, scientific of plan, and enhances the lean management level of power companies. |
