Research On The Quality Evaluation Index System Of Engineering Project Archives Of T Power Grid Company

In electric power engineering projects,archives are the basis for construction management of engineering projects.The improvement of the management level of engineering archives data has an important role in improving the management level of engineering projects and the operation and management capabilities of enterprises.Nowadays,with the rapid growth of China's power demand,the amount of power engineering construction has increased year by year,the difficulty of managing power engineering project archives has increased significantly,and the quality of engineering project archives has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,the article starts from the aspect of business management,firstly explains the current background of archive management of power engineering projects and the importance of improving the quality management of archives projects;secondly,it analyzes and defines the concept of the quality of archives in engineering projects,and clarifies the characteristics of archives in power projects,Management process,and specific quality requirements;again,taking the current status of T Grid's engineering project archive management as an example,it summarizes the problems in its current archive management process,discusses the relevant factors affecting the quality of engineering archives,and finally determines the evaluation indicators;Finally,on the basis of the established evaluation indicators,the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to construct a model of the project project quality evaluation system.The evaluation results are weighted at the first level index,the second level index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation at all levels.The results were comprehensively analyzed and corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward.The evaluation model constructed in this paper shows a certain universality.It can evaluate the engineering archives management level of T Power Grid Corporation.The evaluation process is clear and concise.Enterprises can widely apply the evaluation model constructed in this paper to evaluate archive management work Guidance,which can greatly improve the level of enterprise project file management and provide strong support for enterprise development.
