With the rapid development of China's economy,a large number of rural population poured into cities and towns.The permanent population in rural areas has decreased,and some villages have even disappeared.More villages are facing the danger of disappearance.At the same time,rural residential accommodation has just risen in China,and its investment,design and operation are obviously non-professional civil servants.There is a shortage of professionals in all aspects,and the understanding of rural culture and local architecture is not deep enough.Many new residential developers just copy and collage existing residential accommodation.The homogeneity of residential accommodation between different regions is serious.At the same time,the lack of external environment construction and excessive hotel-oriented residential accommodation are also significant.This topic chooses two and a half traditional villages in the estuary,combs their current situation,and studies the traditional rural residential houses at home and abroad,obtains the interior design scheme of two and a half residential hotels in the estuary.The first chapter of this paper briefly introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of creation,and briefly combs the research status at home and abroad;the second chapter is the overview and analysis of the development of residential accommodation,which has a deep understanding of the origin,classification and development of residential accommodation;the third chapter is the analysis of outstanding residential accommodation cases at home and abroad,and draws conclusions;the fourth chapter is based on the contents of the previous chapters.Basis,summarize and analyze the basis of design;Chapter V carries out practical design on the basis of previous;Finally,summarize the paper.I hope that the design strategy and practice of this paper can confirm each other,and I hope to provide some suggestions and references for the research and related practitioners of the Homestay Hotel,and continue to pay attention to the research and design of the Homestay Hotel in the future.
