On The External Public Space Environment Of The Theme Community

With the establishment of the market economy system, the house has become a kind of special commodity. The higher living level of the people, the higher request for the houses. So good quality, sentiment, humanity and comfort are added to the inhabitation standard. The theme communities follow the tide above and become the representation of the inhabitation culture in China.The theme community has obvious idea and design concept, which bring the distinct landscape, the self-contained establishment and service. Different from the old dwelling district mode, under the full-scale guide line, the external public space environment of the theme community is full of distinction. According to the case of the theme community in our country, the thesis discusses the estate phenomenon and the essence that the nature and the humanism have returned.This thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter one introduced the subject. Chapter two is on what makes the theme community arise. The third part is about the fabric of the external public space environment in the dwelling district. Then the fourth part analyses how the external public space environment of the theme community come into being. Lastly, the thesis pays attention to the relation between the external public space environment of the theme community and the regional character.
