Currently,with the rapid development of modern telecommunication technology,the main market players and customers in the network economic era have raised newer and higher requirement to the marketing service of power supply enterprises,the deep integration of traditional service of power supply enterprises with the Internet is an inevitable trend and it is the only way to transform and develop traditional services.With the deepening of power system reform,tens of thousands of state-owned,private and joint ventures will enter the electricity market to compete with companies for power customers.Under the current situation of mobile Internet technology penetration and reforms pressure,the power supply enterprises must actively cater to the situation,re-think and innovate the power marketing service mode from the views of marketization with a flexible and open Internet thinking,so as to satisfy the more changeable market demand.“Internet plus”is a new economic form,it is also one kind thinking method,it re-examines the market,customers,commodities and enterprise values chain and even the whole industry ecology driven by the technological developments such as "big cloud moving".The power supply enterprises should change the traditional marketing thought,deepen and apply the marketing service of“Internet plus,its features such as zero-distance,transparent,more convenient and faster marketing service mode cater to the internet lifestyle of modern people,and it will bring the unprecedented new experience of electricity consumption to customers.At the same time,it is the best way for the power supply enterprises to transform the marketing mode,build new formats and construct new platform.This article took X power supply company as the object,through applying marketing,electricity market reform,internet technology and other related theories,combining the company's current marketing status,environment and challenges to analyze,using 4P combined marketing theory to the analyse the company from four aspects: products,channels,prices and promotions,found that the company had a series of problems with unstable power supply quality,lagging in repair services,high cost of electricity for customers,scattered online service channels,insufficient offline service distribution,and single publicity methods.Then the formulation of marketing strategy based on "Internet +" was put forward and the working ideas were elaborated in the article.It also proposed measures to strengthen the construction of a smart and strong power grid,carry out precision repair services,establish a customer portrait database,develop Grid Interactive Services,and add value-added comprehensive energy services.Also it expounded the guarantee measures for the implementation of marketing strategies from the aspects of organizational structure,talent team,information construction,and establishment of a customer satisfaction evaluation system.The research in this article is of great significance to further improve the customer satisfaction,market competitiveness,and economic benefits of the power supply company.
